Our comment from FitFit UK about The Junction Sports & Leisure Centre:
The Junction Sports & Leisure Centre, located in Broadstone, offers a fantastic range of facilities and activities for the whole family. Many users appreciate the well-equipped gym with a variety of modern equipment and friendly staff. Visitors have highlighted the great value for money regarding gym membership and access to the pool, which is considered one of the warmest in the area.
Users have also mentioned the good organization of the facility and the accommodating staff, making it a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with disabilities. The pool and soft play area are particularly valued by families, providing fun and safe spaces for children to play and swim.
However, some feedback indicates that cleanliness in certain areas, particularly the changing rooms and soft play area, could be improved. Additionally, booking limitations for public swimming sessions can be frustrating for users attempting to access the pool more frequently.
Despite some concerns regarding maintenance and accessibility issues, the positive atmosphere and supportive community make The Junction a beloved choice for fitness and leisure in Broadstone.

The Junction Sports & Leisure Centre: Opinions
Negative experience: Nice place, however one of the male barmen tried to charge me double for drinks and I had to call him out on it a few times.
Positive experience: Very competitive access charges, good gym, swimming pool is a little small, sauna in men's changing room.
Fantastic experience: I'm really grateful to have this Sports Centre here in Broadstone. The facilities are amazing it's well staffed and the staff are great. The gym is well equipped and zoe gave us a great induction. The only downside I would say is it could be cleaner in the changing rooms particularly the swimming pool changing room could see a more regular clean and the pool could do with the vacuum, sometimes it's quite cold on occasions in the pool, and on others it's warmer and when it is warm it's really nice... and the only other downside is they don't seem to have enough availability for the classes, I often missed out on getting a slot for aquafit and they should put on more classes really to reflect the demand. Other than that, the place is well organised and the price is reasonable if you join as a member and I have really enjoyed using it. Thank you very much...x
Thank you Louise for a complimentary and comprehensive review, for the YMCA Bournemouth & Poole operated facility here at The Junction Sports & Leisure Centre in Broadstone. Your positive comments covering both the facility and staff are most welcomed, thank you. Cleanliness is always a constant focus, so our apologies if you have found certain areas unacceptable. This will be passed to the operational day-to-day departments that oversee the cleaning requirements and standards. Our Swimming Pool should be kept at a water temperature of 31.8+, any issues I can assure you are swiftly dealt with. In regards to popular Junction based Fitness Classes, I will ensure all opportunities are looked at to deliver additional classes alongside our service to public-sessions and other hiring requests. A ‘juggle’ at times, but certainly something we are aware of and we do our best to accommodate all on the timetables we proudly promote. Again, thank you for your positive comments Louise ... they are hugely appreciated, and will be passed on accordingly. Our sincere thanks. Martin Stockley (COO @ YMCAB)
Fantastic experience: Abi and the whole team at the junction have been understanding, welcoming, kind and just fabulous!I started my weighloss journey in May as was pretty intimidated by the thought of signing up to the gym and pool-everyone was reassuring and super friendly ,I am disabled after a horrific car accident and also have been on a bariatric weighloss mission - the junction have been super accommodating, they made me at ease and I felt like part of the furniture! Recently I've managed to have further trouble with my disabled arm and Abi reached out to firstly check if everyone was OK as I hadn't visited for a while,I explained the situation and she did everything in her power to accommodate my needs and I am now looking forward to getting back to my aquafit classes ASAP! Thankyou to everyone at the junction,I would highly recommend everyone to sign up and join rhe junction family as it's just the best support and encouragement you will need!
Positive experience: Gym has good selection of equipment- top tip avoid 4pm to 6pm as it’s full of children messing around unsupervised just sitting on equipment using their phones… gym staff should try to monitor this… but never see anyone
Thank you for your comments and feedback Jennie. The constant and safe supervision of the 11-15 Year Old Gymnasium Club, which we are proud to offer here at The Junction, will be reiterated to the Gymnasium Team … apologies. Martin Stockley (YMCA Bournemouth/Poole & Christchurch – Chief Operations Officer)
Positive experience: We booked the softplay area and the room next to it for the birthday of our son and we were pleasantly surprised about the venue. It is easy to access and the bathrooms for the kids is just next to it.
Positive experience: Very good gym facilities just seems to have a serious problem with old guys sitting naked in the changing room waiting for people to see them. Gross.
Negative experience: Just popped in to enquire about buying some racquets, taking up badminton again, becoming a member. The Receptionist could not have been more unhelpful. Rather than welcoming us to the centre and selling it to us, we were made to feel like we were getting in the way and the last thing the centre needs was two new members keen to hand over their money. Business must be very good in order to be able to treat prospective new members like that, so not needing our business, we are off to join Ferndown Leisure Centre. Adios Broadstone.
Good Afternoon Mr Deary. My/our sincerest apologies, your experience is not one that we promote, or accept, at The Junction. If you would be so kind as to email me on [email protected] with timing details, this will assist us in delivering ‘additional’ training as we deem appropriate. Again, our apologies for this poor service. Regards Martin Stockley (YMCAB Chief Operations Officer)
Positive experience: Went there for banking problem at barclays helpfull but not same as a bank
Positive experience: Reasonable priced and great facilities.
Negative experience: I am honestly so let down by the accessibly lately, I am a full time wheelchair user and I have been wanting to use the gym but for the last 5 months through life has been out of order. The staff have been dismissive and unhelpful, this is the 5th time the date for repair was meant to be fixed, it was previously the 15th of April, and now has changed to 31st of May, which is ridiculous. As a disabled person freedom is so important and being able to get to this gym as I live locally is very helpful now I haven't been able to do that for months. There are been little to no updates on this issue either it feels like they do not care much for their accessibility within their gym. It is extremely frustrating and upsetting to see and because of this I have ro make different arrangements for exercise but there are no other accessible gyms within a shorter distance from Broadstone. I am deeply disappointed in the way this situation is being handled and will not be recommending this gym to my friends with accessibility issues. Do better in the future for is with disabilities.
Negative experience: The lift has now been out of action since December, meaning that if you're a wheelchair user or disabled you're unable to use any of the gym and certain classes. I keep ringing asking for the updates to be put on their Facebook, this request has been ignored, the staff are very unsympathetic whenever you speak to them. Each date they've given for completion has been moved by a month (which I understand things happen) but my issue is that they repeatedly know it won't be completed by the date posted on the lift, but when you call them a few days before enquiring if its likely you're told yes, then you call them on the day and it's always no and told to ring back the next day. We're now going into month 5 with no end in sight.
Fantastic experience: Great family place a lot of activities
Fantastic experience: I love this gym. Seriously good freeweight room, massive cardio and cable machine room and excellent cross training area, plus spin room and everything else you'd want. Plus it's a lot cheaper than BH Live
Fantastic experience: Staff are really friendly here, we recently had a party and everyone was lovely.
Positive experience: The children's softplay was excellent, but unfortunately, the seating area for adults was not very clean.
Fantastic experience: Great value for money. The warmest pool in the area - perfect for parents with young children.
Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym with excellent friendly staff. The place is always clean and operating as desired and expected.. A fantastic gymnasium with a great selection of resistance machines, free weights split over two areas. Plenty of rowers, runners, steppers, climbers etc. Really nice showers hot and cold, steam room and sauna and decent lockers. Cannot fault the place for the cheap cost!
Negative experience: My 100k followers shall know a few things before attending the swimming facilities: Generally, it is a friendly and welcoming place. However, the booking there is terrible. 24h in advance, only for 'members', and when you book on the same day, the place is oftentimes 'fully booked'. For what it is, it is somewhat pricey, and the argument to go all the way there is the fact that there aren't many (if any) alternatives in the area for leisure swims. About the facilities, from a professional swimmer's perspective: The pool, as well as the facilities, have an awful smell, and the floors do not appear very clean. Most floor parts are frequently or consistently wet, especially noticeable in changing facilities. The offer is limited to one < 25m pool with 5 lanes, whereby one lane is typically reserved for learning. Entry ladders are out-of-date, and there may be rust. The water, somehow salty (don't ask), has an unusually strong chlorine odour, and whenever we leave the water, we need to shower since our skin tends to be irritated. (Rashes were observed on 3 occasions and visible, a few hours after visiting two of our family members, who do not normally have issues after swims elsewhere.) Perhaps, this is something to look into. Changing rooms are dated at best, and only 1 large, child-friendly shower cabin is provided. Features for disabled customers do not always work due to poor maintenance and appear to be rusty. No foot showers for fungi prevention seem to exist. The locker facilities are also quite limited in size and quantity, and the state of repair is borderline adequate. The showers near the pools are oftentimes scolding hot, and this deters swimmers from using these facilities. Parking is available on the street and in a paid car park.
Thank you for taking the time to give us your comments on your visit and experience to The Junction Sports & Leisure Centre. The Swimming Pool facility does permit Members to book and secure up to five-days-in-advance, and Non-Members 24 hours in advance. We do have strict limits for our popular Pool, so a system did have to be put in place and promoted accordingly. I do believe our Gold Membership, which includes unlimited use of the Pool, Fitness Classes, Gymnasium usage and Tennis, is very good value...and we regularly receive positive feedback on facility and value. Reading the comments, I did wonder whether you were commenting on the correct Swimming Pool...as The Junction's Pool is 20metres in length and we could never have five lanes in our limited width facility, in addition the access steps were installed in 2023. Our water and 'odour' has been thoroughly checked following your comments and no problems have been experienced...so our apologies if you personally were negatively affected on your visit. No additional reports have been received. Thank you for your additional comments, and please be assured that every comment you have raised has, and will, be thoroughly investigated with appropriate action taken. I assure you that YMCA/I strive for safe and clean facilities throughout this popular Sports & Leisure Centre. Regards...Martin Stockley (YMCAB Senior Operations Manager) - [email protected]
Negative experience: I took my son to the soft play yesterday. On entering the soft play room the smell was terrible it was a mixture of the toilets (situated in soft play room) and just an overall unclean smell! Everything looked unclean including the tables and the floor looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very very long time!! The ingrained dirt was visible! As you can imagine once in the soft play I wanted to leave immediately but my 3 year old didn’t understand and obviously wanted to play! I went into the soft play area with him where again I found the whole thing incredibly grubby and thick dust on parts of the play equipment! So fast forward to 11pm last night and my son starts to throw up and this carries on all night into this morning!! I am 100% sure it was from the soft play area!! Broadstone leisure centre sort yourself out and get this area cleaned regularly! It’s honestly disgusting and pretty sure was the reason why my son now has a sickness bug!!! I have been here a few times and have noticed that the hygiene levels have fallen below standard! So this isn’t a one off!
Thank you for taking the time to inform us of your experience, we sincerely appreciated all feedback. At all times we strive to deliver a safe, clean and enjoyable service/facility, so please be assured that your comments have been noted and will be used to positively affect our Soft Play delivery, and to review our current safeguards/systems relating to this particular area at The Junction. Regards, Martin Stockley (YMCAB Senior Operations Officer) - [email protected]
Positive experience: Great place. Well equipped gym and lovely sports hall. The only thing I'll say is the pool can be quite tricky to get booked for a public swim. You get free public swim sessions with your Gold Gym membership, but the slots of when you can actually use the pool is very far and few between, which is unfortunate. The cafe upstairs is lovely and the food is good and not extortionate prices either. Overall I'd recommend this place to my friend and family. No doubt about it.
Fantastic experience: Nice warm pool, friendly staff, clean changing rooms. Would recommend.
Positive experience: Friendly staff but the whole place needs a good clean. The cafe was a mess, tables dirty and floors covered in food. The changing rooms are outdated and far to small.
All feedback is very much appreciated. We shall certainly review the daily cleaning schedules to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met at all times. We thank you for your comments.
Positive experience: Excellent swimming pool and cafe. Shame the family change doesn't have more cubicals and the door sign slightly confusing. But it was lovely and clean and the pool really warm.
Fantastic experience: Decent swimming pool and indoor football courts.
Positive experience: Good location and facilities
Fantastic experience: I'm going to swim with my daughter 2-3 times a week and using the gym 4-5 times a week. Good place to excersize clean plenty of equipment helpful staff. Parking sometimes a bit challenging. Gold membership is a very good value.
Positive experience: Cafe nice with good choices. Family changing was clean and tidy
Fantastic experience: Great facility, nice coffee area for a good break, very honest prices!
Positive experience: Nice leisure centre, went to a pool party with my child. Got a bit lost in places (I don’t live in area and not been here for decades) and a woman on reception was annoyed I dared ask her where I needed to go (apparently she is always like that) - but everyone else was helpful. Needed a coffee machine though as bar/cafe shut late afternoon.
Thank you for your comments, feedback is always important so we have an opportunity to investigate and take any appropriate action. We strive as a team for high standards of facility and delivery at all times, and your points I can assure you will be discussed further to help us here at The Junction to achieve. Thank you again. Martin Stockley (Senior Operations Manager) (FYI - There is a take-away machine in the Cafe for Hot Drinks when the Cafe service is closed)
Fantastic experience: Come here for netball great courts
Fantastic experience: Great options of drinks, hot drinks, milkshakes, smoothies. Fab cake and food menu too. I went to a baby swimming class and got a free drink with my receipt
Fantastic experience: Very good value and has a lot of equipment in the gym
Positive experience: Party room a bit on the cool side although I think the kids didn't complain thanks
Negative experience: Didn't go in there. Intrusive bloody Google got it wrong just because I was in the road.
Positive experience: It's cheap and cheerful, equipment is a bit dated but the price is right and classes are included!
Fantastic experience: Great play area for the kids!
Negative experience: They cut 20% of the pool off for a private swimming lesson but charge the same price! Running a private swimming lesson in a public swimming lesson is taking the piss. Very run down. Mens toilets had 1 toilet that was out of order. Go somewhere else.
Good Morning Mr Brown, apologies for my delayed reply. The lane in the public swimming is for Private Lessons AND Public Lane Swimming, and this is how we advertise these sessions clearly on our Timetable. Apologies for any confusion. In regards to the Pool Hall condition, we are always attempting as an operator/charity to invest and maintain for high levels of service and actual facility. My apologies if we have not met the standard you were expecting, but please be assured that our efforts are always to invest and promote great facilities for the communities we are proud to serve. Your comments have been taken on board and will be raised appropriately in forthcoming meetings, and actions. Regards Martin Stockley (Senior Operations Manager YMCAB/The Junction)
Fantastic experience: Great value for money gym with access to the swimming pool. The pool is one of the best in the area and I use it for my child's swimming lessons. Holiday clubs for children are also great value allowing for parents who still need to work standard office hours.
Positive experience: Lovely party venue for little ones.
Positive experience: The facilities are amazing.
Fantastic experience: Great environment. Friendly members. Excellent kit. Huge variety of classes with great instructors. VERY reasonably priced. I love this place.
Fantastic experience: Good experience today. Helpful staff.
Negative experience: DON’T SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. An angry man with anger issues shouted at us in the summer camp for two hours. This man shouts at the children but as soon as the parents arrived he would change to a completely different person. I’m 12 but most of the children there were 5-8.
We are really sad to have received this comment, could you please give more details and/or contact me so that appropriate action can be taken. Thank you. Martin Stockley (YMCAB/The Junction)...on [email protected]
Positive experience: Nice modern ️♀️ gym
Negative experience: Because on one was there to speak to when I need them
Positive experience: Like this lesuire centre, needs to sort out the ladies changing room for swimming very wet , so you stay wet, toilets are dirty. Please try it as staff on the whole are very friendly. Place just needs a good deep clean. Maybe a machine to spin bathing costumes.
Positive experience: Good facilities, excellent staff service.
Positive experience: Nice big function room.
Fantastic experience: Used this place for their soft play area for my sons 4th birthday, value for money can't grumble
Fantastic experience: Staff are friendly. Clean, accessible, pool is warm. Multiple other activities offered as well as soft play and cafe.
Negative experience: I have been here a couple of times in the last few weeks - not what you would call a big boys gym but ok - lacking in certain areas – no facility for standing calf training, no facility for free weight shoulder pressing, some of the Bench padding has holes in or is patched up with black gaffer tape. The entry price is quite reasonable but you get what you pay for, as it is reasonably priced you tend to get quite a few immature ‘adults’ especially in the afternoons (early school finish?) – they don’t know or don’t care about gym etiquette, saw one teenager using gym equipment while eating a bag of Crisps, others taking 5 – 10 mins between each set, sitting on other benches/exercise machines while waiting for friends to finish their set. Sitting on the benches/exercise machines playing on their phones. I have even seen one guy put a towel on a weight training Bench in front of the mirrors then go and use the leg exercise machine like he has reserved the Bench - alaa Germans reserving Sun loungers on Holiday. Another Guy actually sits on the floor next to the apparatus he is using and starts eating energy bars and having protein drinks - a quarter of an hour Tea Break! Whilst leaving his jacket on the apparatus so no one else can use it. Gym staff saying nothing they could have told him there is a Café upstairs People also bringing their personal bagging into the gym area - not only a trip hazard but also the lighter weights tend go missing. There are general hygiene disinfectant bottles close to most stations to wipe down machines after use helps prevent covid, colds and flu etc – hardly anyone uses them - staff seem oblivious to this and say nothing, Management could print off signs ref time between sets not playing on phones and wiping down the apparatus – not difficult but not done? The lockers are £1 coin operated. If the lockers were bar coded people would not have the excuse of ‘I forgot my one pound coin for the locker’ and thus taking their Bags into the Gym, it would be much easier especially for paid up members to be able to blip open a locker (this facility is on the card they blip the barcode scanner on entry to the gym) this would also stop the adult school children from going through the lockers looking for £ coins (I have witnessed this). Also via the entry system is the busiest time of day Bar Chart on the internet this registers any entrant to the y.m.c.a so you can’t tell if the swimming pool specifically is busy or the gym is busy separately – needs refining. Make this a non cash card only entry, at present I think you can pay £5 cash for an adhoc session, if the Junction was Card only this would A. Make it safer for staff (no cash carried) and B. there would be traceability of any trouble makers i.e. if there was to be an assault/theft etc, if the perpetrators had gained entry with cash they then exit the building and you would have a uphill task of identification if they have used a bank/membership card the details are traceable. Another item that needs addressing is the piped music, mostly misogynistic sexist tripe that belongs in a museum or trash can, I'm quite sure the females who pay to use the Gym don’t like being described as ‘pretty little hoe’s etc, & if 20% of the so called lyrics get deleted out it would seem obvious that it’s not suitable for a Catholic organisation like the y.m.c.a. to be playing - just because people of colour (and I’m one by the way) are mouthing the so called lyrics it doesn’t make it ok, I almost feel embarrassment. The Gym is really geared to the light user. Paid up club members don’t seem to get any special perks, so if you like this and don’t mind/care catching something or waiting for people to finish playing on phones this is the gym for you. Also one or two people live streaming with a camera on a tripod while using the gym wasting more time they are on YMCA premises surely they need permission for this? Again not questioned by staff, I for one don’t want to be appear on line without my permission. Gym staff should keep an eye out & take affirmative action.
Fantastic experience: Great Gym! Friendly and professional staff.
Fantastic experience: Went for an Aqua Christmas Do. Well organised, good venue with efficient staff.
Fantastic experience: Had Christmas celebrations her. Lovely hall. Spacious
Fantastic experience: Good place to hold a kids party helpful staff.
Positive experience: Good and reasonably priced place to take the kids to Soft play with nice cafe. However, the soft play area needs a good clean. The mats could do with being moved as disgusting in the joints. Other than that, my Granddaughter loves it.
Fantastic experience: The gym is very good as it has lots of different equipment and the membership is very cheap. The pool is also nice and warm and the cafe is nice.
Fantastic experience: Staff are amazing and friendly. The pool temperature is also one of, if not, the warmest in the local area
Positive experience: The pool is disorganised. No lanes. Do you have experienced swimmers Weaving around others. Very little thought process with this basic pool planning.
Fantastic experience: Great gym, love the classes with Tim.
Fantastic experience: Lovely childrens party very good
Fantastic experience: Great facilities and friendly helpful staff
Negative experience: The gym is nothing special, Very old machines which hardly work. Trust me just go to a pure gym or the gym for the same price
Thank you for your feedback Mr Romsey, really disappointed that your sessions here at The Junction were not more 'satisfying'. We are very proud of our Gym facilities, as well as our Fitness Class Programme, + Swimming Pool + Sports Hall + Tennis Courts....wishing you well in your future fitness workouts!
Fantastic experience: Very nice and clean, not been here for many, many moons and is so nice and familiar.
Fantastic experience: Great place, with loads of different activities/businesses under one roof. Gym, swimming pool, soft play, nail and beauty treatments, and few others. Also has a cafe on the premises, overlooking the swimming pool and the car park. Car park is nearby, quite specious, pay and display (being checked for tickets regularly!). Has lift and reception right by the entrance, so you won't get lost. Net over busy place, which is quite good.
Fantastic experience: I really like the gym and rehab injury facilities and staff.
Positive experience: The gym itself is quite nice. Did a couple of classes that were very good. The induction I received was terrible. The girl that did it clearly didn't want to be there. Also parking is kind of annoying. You either have to pay or possibly walk quite a long way.
Fantastic experience: Amazing Deep Tissue Massage!
Fantastic experience: Booked my son's bouncy castle party. Reasonably priced straight forward and very successful. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities and membership good value.
Fantastic experience: We came here for a party in the upstairs soft play and were really impressed. It's clean and the staff are very welcoming. They catered to my daughters dietary needs fantastically so she didn't feel left out. Food was great.
Positive experience: We book here for badminton every now and then, staff are very efficient. Once we booked at a time when football was finishing, they made sure the group were out and nets set up ready. The ceiling is a little low, if you don't mind replaying a point when you got the rafters!
Positive experience: I was there thinking into joining for swimming purposes. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is small (20 meters long) comparing with the Rossmore and Poole leisure centres (25 meters long), being the biggest problem it's wide, it's about half of the Rossmore one. But in the other hand, I was so surprised by their gym installations, they are really good and plenty of equipment and free lifting weights, you can see and even get a wonderful feeling of the ambient, seeing the people doing their workout. It's plenty of dinamic and commitment sporty people, it's nice to being around. They have a couple of multisport areas, a nice pub/coffee shop area and a lovely Beauty therapy room (this is something that the others centres lack) The adult membership is cheaper than the others two, and the 16-17 years old membership is just £10 a month, less than half of the other two. The biggest wonderful unexpected discover was that the use of the tennis court are include in the membership, you don't have to pay a penny extra, comparing with the £6/£12 per hour in the others, is a big huge difference. And the biggest inconvenience was checking out the parking is a pay and display one, a big shame! Hoping to be helpful for someone!
Fantastic experience: I used swimming pool for kayak course. Helpful staff. Shame the car park is about £1 per hour. Street parking free after 6pm. Thought we were meant to be encouraging fitness?
Fantastic experience: Lovely coffee in the cafe. Gym is a great price too
Positive experience: First time swimming in two years(since start of pandemic). Really easy to book a swim session online. Pool was warm, showers were hot and all clean. Great to be back in the pool.
Positive experience: I normally swim at BHLive but had to change as their pool us being reclined. First impressions were good, friendly reception and clean front of house. Changing rooms were quiet so quick change and off for a swim. Pool was warm and quiet only 4 at 6.30pm. 15 minutes later I was getting out. There seemed no limit to the number of swimmers allowed in, I counted 25 when I climbed out a d swimmers were still coming in. It is a much smaller pool than BH Live and they limit to 30 swimmers. Got showered in a nice clean, warm shower but when I went to the changing cubicals I was greeted with dirty sticky floors. One was covered in talc a sticky mess all over the floor and bench, a second cubical in some black gritty substance that I was not prepared to identify. Got dresses and left as fast as possible and wont be returning to swimming any time soon.
Negative experience: The swimming pool is great for younger swimmers, warm temperature and not too deep. The shower facilities are however, terrible. I understand the need for the showers to turn off after a set time but a 10second run time is ridiculous. Makes for an unpleasant experience and difficult for families with young children to actually get showered.
Positive experience: Excellent place for parties
Fantastic experience: Lovely clean leasure centre and good clean swimming pool. We will come here regularly for a swim and to use their facilities
Fantastic experience: Fab staff and experience amazing
Positive experience: Clean and tidy covid safe
Fantastic experience: I went here to get my eyebrows microbladed with Wow Brows by Bernadette. Amazing lady.x
Fantastic experience: Great kids swim party. Well supervised. While the pool can feel tired in decor at times, it's made up for in convenience and friendliness
Positive experience: I went to watch the wrestling as part of a group. We went for a laugh and a few beers. The wrestling itself was a laugh. Everybody was is high spirits cheering and booing. There were plenty of toilets and in clean condition throughout. The bar area could have done with a bigger selection of draught lagers. Each to there own though. The leisure centre was clean and tidy throughout with all the staff being polite.
Positive experience: Great to have disabled swimming every week.
Positive experience: Ok.. but pool is quite small, so lap swimming would not be possible in a family session
Positive experience: Very pleased with how organised swimming was at the pool today. It was our first visit. Good to see the staff counting numbers so that the pool did not get over crowded
Fantastic experience: Was lovely to see kingsoftheforest.com at The junction sports craft events.
Positive experience: Went swimming ,water nice and warm friendly staff
Fantastic experience: was very well organised x
Fantastic experience: Clean, tidy, well run and a positive experience
Fantastic experience: Great spacious gym with very friendly staff and good equipment.
Fantastic experience: Just renewed my membership. So impressed with Rachel who was very professional, pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to going back.
Thank you for such great feedback.
Positive experience: A great place for young kids. The soft play is open again for reduced bookings, the lower number of kids make it much nicer.
Negative experience: Just visited the soft play today, 1 hour duration. All covid safe rules apply and to be fair the guidance is marked out everywhere in the softplay area. There were 4 of us parents there, unfortunately two mums decided it was absolutely fine to ignore the rules and not wear face masks for the whole duration of the session. They had been to Costa (the coffee shop at The Junction is closed) and decided to bend the rules to drink their coffee for an hour with no face masks. Iam sorry but everyone else has to adhere to it, I spoke to reception to ask them to spot check the soft play and was really disappointed that they didn't and nothing was done about it. Lapse Lemur Landings are really hot on this and alot better at enforcing the rules.
Thank you for your comments. The Manager on Duty had been informed of the situation and advised the customers in Kidz Kingdom that face coverings must be worn in this area.
Fantastic experience: A really lovely place to relax and get fit. They have a great 'all inclusive' ethos. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Fantastic experience: Excellent swimming pool. Warm not crowded. Polite staff. Clean. Nice atmosphere.
Fantastic experience: A great gym which includes everything for the family. We'll situated jn the heart of Broadstone plenty of parking.
