Positive experience: Attended a class called Nifty Fifties which was all about core, balance and strength.....just what I need! I walk also but do little upper body work so suited me. Cost £3.50 per class and tuns twice a week. If I join its £18 a month and lots of other classes included. The class was great fun and well paced. Everywhere was clean and equipment was well maintained. Why not 5 stars? Its a bit of a maze and not particularly well sign posted once inside. Im definitely going to join and do more classes!

Positive experience: I attend classes - Nifty Fifties. Clients and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There is a restaurant on site where I sometimes grab a coffee.

Fantastic experience: It's great at The Heath Leisure Suite. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They help with advice on exercising. It's a safe and friendly environment. I've had a few abdominal surgeries and they have been great with me and know what exercises I should and shouldn't do. My happy place to destress.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to the gym since December 2017 and the staff are more than great with everyone they help you with whatever you need. And the other member talk and chat no one is any better than the other person it's a very friendly 'family ' like gym keep up the good work guys.
