Fantastic experience: Top gym, one of the last spit & sawdust gyms about, great atmosphere & headphones are not needed when training there. Nice to be around the old school, golden era bodybuilders & see what graft is still!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym Which provides Good help for exercise very busy at times attached to Rwa Training across the way People who use daily seem a good Bunch friendly they offer a one off session training, PA or monthly set on your personal goals the gym took over a old USA based Resturant so Does still have good places to Sit if you Dont want to train and are just watching your kids in Relentless train in mixed martial arts over the way or chill and play a game of pool and a good tea/coffee or supplments for training.

Fantastic experience: A good place to go if you want to start out at the gym or if you are looking for a new gym to attend. I was treated with respect and felt like I was able to try various machines without fear or "doing it wrong" and being ridiculed. Other gym members and staff are very helpful and willing to help out.

Positive experience: The gym has a great selection of equipment for weight training. Opening times aren't the best if you work shifts.
