Fantastic experience: I joined last February 23. I was struggling with weight and confidence. From the 1st time I walk through the door right up to today Jan 24. I have loved every minute I come along relax excise chill everything you need in today society. Un like other gyms no one judges you. You can come and just sit in pool do an extreme workout totally up to you. Staff wonderful always there to help. The other members are also fabulous chatty friendly helpful, I would of been lost this year without them

Positive experience: Quite a good place for our meeting but sitting in the reception was noisy and cold

Positive experience: A very small gym & pool however as a larger woman I prefer it as its very quiet during the day and not heavily used (unless the kids are off school). Pool is always warm & it has a steam room, sauna & jacuzzi.

Positive experience: It never has any hot water or anything working. The gym is small and outdated and nothing new ever comes to the place been waiting for cable machine for years

Positive experience: I have been a member for over 2 years. I only use the pool and sauna. Staff are great. Pool is always warm, which I love. Everyone is very friendly.

Negative experience: £6.50. Pool desperately needs deep cleaning. Sauna and steam room both v tired. Gym isn't worth it. Was welcomed by a garden hose being lowered into the deep end and the staff farming a gallon of domestos into the pump room...

Fantastic experience: Lovely pool with friendly staff and members.

Negative experience: This place is an absolute joke. The room is smaller than a classroom and that would be a problem however the price you pay is day light robbery. For what you pay is not what you get. Terrible place to work out or have any routine. Hygiene is a solid 6/10 which is decent. Pool is out of order most of the time. Only good reviews and people who are are friends of the guy running. Terrible place

Fantastic experience: The gym has loads of equipment to try, and is never too crowded. I highly recommend it.

Negative experience: Lovely pool and jacuzzi, however ruined by 15-20 kids jumping in, hogging the pool and screaming loud for 3 days on the run. NO ADULT ONLY SESSIONS AVAILABLE. When getting dry, the lights went out and the hair dryers went off and the lads came into the ladies changing room messing around. Absolute joke. Will not be returning!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Have taken advantage of a three day pass. Very impressed and will be joining!!

Negative experience: I found the services lacking all round. Just... terrible. Shan't be going back EVER.
