Negative experience: The best place on earth... Until Paul drops you like a sack of spuds...I now go to Abbies own gym AJ Active which she opened after he made her redundant...no loyalty whatsoever...disappointed

Fantastic experience: Figure Factory is no ordinary gym, this is a place where women build each other up, support and motivate each other!! I was so anxious when I first made contact but the Coaches soon put me at ease. I have a few joint issues but know exercises will be tailored to my needs and suit my fitness level. Just sorry I didnt discover FF earlier
