Dexter Dance and Fitness

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dexter dance and fitness classes with Lynn for just about 4 and a half years. Lynn has such a great way of teaching. She is encouraging, positive and above all kind about my abilities and those of the class. I have attended her yoga class and the dancercise class on a Weds evening. I absolutely love it. The variety of music is excellent and the routines are easy enough to pick up if new but with sufficient challenge for a thoroughly good workout. Lynn is able to create an atmosphere of camaraderie amongst the class participants which is such a bonus. I absolutely recommend Dexter dance and fitness

Fantastic experience: I don't normally leave reviews as people tend not to believe them but I can honestly say I'm so glad I found Lynn & her classes. I hated exercise & would find any excuse to not do any but Lynn's classes are enjoyable instead of feeling like it's a hard slog which means you'll then give up! Whether your a beginner or more experienced she never makes you feel uncomfortable if there is something you feel challenging. My fitness levels have improved no end & even during all the stress of lockdown she kept us going vi'a Zoom classes. Give her classes a go, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Dexter Dance and Fitness classes for years. I particularly enjoy these classes as I can go at my own pace , I always feel like I’ve had a great all round body workout whilst having fun . Lynn is very encouraging and supportive and always makes you feel like a valued member of her class. The variety of different classes on offer is fantastic . I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
