Cheshire Barbell embrace all the available technology to simplify my experience. I record technique during my sessions and receive a detailed comprehensive narrative which I use to consolidate my strengths and eliminate my weaknesses. I do know Karl has personal experience of an incredible array of sports at all levels to professional elite standard which is why I highly recommend Cheshire Barbell. I personally wouldn't consider settling for less than the best. Outstanding!
