Fantastic experience: I started here in March with the beginners course and absolutely loved the studio. Meg and Alice are so good at teaching and really supportive and warm people. I’ve tried pole, pole dance and hoop and I always have so much fun. The studio has really good vibes everyone’s really friendly and accepting, it’s very non judgmental.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place Alice is so helpful and motivating,even if I feel I cannot do it, Alice always is there to help and support,and you can surprise yourself by how much you can do 100% recommended ❤️

Fantastic experience: I started pole fitness here a month ago, I go three days a week and it’s been the best thing I’ve ever decided to do. The atmosphere Alice created is amazing I’ve never felt so comfortable stepping out of my comfort zone, I’ve have become significantly stronger physically and mentally. Every week I surprise myself with a new trick, and challenges are set individually for each person in the studio. No matter how critical I am about myself I’m always pushed and ensured I can do it. I’ve created new and amazing friendships within the group with instructors and other students. I can never thank Alice enough for what she does I truly recommend this place so much, I’m looking forward to progress in pole x

Fantastic experience: This studio is amazing. Not only do the instructors teach you, support you and guide you, the atmosphere of the lessons being so much joy and positivity. Alice has created such a welcoming environment and there hasn’t been a shortage of laughs. I have met so many fantastic women here and I never felt an ounce of self consciousness. Pole fitness has always been something I wanted to do but I’ve been so scared as it’s overwhelming! However, this studio had a brilliant beginners course where I then continued on. The support from Alice, the team and the clients is phenomenal - would 1000% recommend this studio.

Fantastic experience: This studio fills me with so much happiness. I love coming to all the different classes; everyone is so supportive and friendly. I was a complete novice to pole but everyone made me feel really comfortable and filled me with encouragement every lesson. All the instructors go above and beyond which we’re super grateful for. Don’t hesitate to come to any of the classes if you’re thinking about trying, you’ll have the best time imaginable!! Every class is always full of love and laughter.

And the memberships/bundles schemes are really convenient which is a huge plus if you like to be flexible in terms of schedule. Fantastic experience: Asfit pole is not only a place to practice and learn pole fit, it is a community, a safe space and a very wholesome environment. I started pole fit around three years ago at another very ‘isntagrammy’ studio and was readily made to feel very unwelcome at my beginners course, likely due to me being a bigger girl who’s quite heavily tattooed. I was also taught incorrectly during my lessons. I moved onto Asfit after seeing an add on Facebook and I quickly progressed fast, made friends & to this day I still tell people it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. Alice, Maria and Sara are all vastly skilled in teaching pole but beside that, they run their classes in a welcoming, compassionate environment that allows people from all walks of life to feel safe and supported during their classes. Many others in the studio attending often say how they left other studios due to ‘bitchiness’ and competitiveness & have since found Asfit as a welcoming environment - I couldn’t agree more. I have met people during my classes who have gone on to be life long friends that are all ages, sexuality, ethnicity, immigration status, weights, gender identities. Asfit isn’t just a class, it’s a community. I could not recommend it more.

Fantastic experience: Had my first lesson here for beginners pole fitness. Sara is super supportive and understanding. I haven’t exercised in years and as a plus sized person I was worried I wouldn’t fit in. But the girls here have assured me that pole is for everyone! If you want to start exercising but you’re self conscious then this place is perfect as the class sizes are nice and small. Can’t wait to keep learning more skills at my own pace with the support of everyone here!

Fantastic experience: I loved how the class is in small groups therefore ensuring that all the students get the supervision they need to learn the moves. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere which is great especially for beginners!! Alice and Maria has been nothing but amazing, 10/10 would recommend any interested in taking up pole fitness classes in Liverpool :)

Fantastic experience: Alice and Maria (instructors) are super friendly, supportive and a joy to be taught by. Love everytime I go and feel like a boss after each session! The studio is a great size, great location and always sanitized. It's a great challenge and feels so wonderful to complete moves and create combos. Prices are reasonable and membership options are possible.

Fantastic experience: Very inviting relaxed studio, no judgement from anyone only ever love and encouragement. You are welcomed with open arms from the get go which makes trying pole a lot less stressful, you honestly make friends for life which helps build your confidence week by week. This place is a enjoyable experience even with the pain from the pole occasionally. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I started doing pole about 12 months ago now and it has changed my life. I feel stronger and more confident in myself. Alice has worked really hard to build a safe and supportive ethos into all of her classes and I feel completely at home in the studio. The ladies I go to class with are all lovely and supportive we are more of a family now. We go out and do things together, coffee, bouldering, nights out etc. When you sign up to AsFit you are joining a fun, supportive & inclusive community. I was so scared my first lesson but I'm so glad I went, it has changed my life for the better.

I started with no experience and I have built strength, confidence and a community of friends. The studio is expanding with new teachers and varied classes. All are made to feel welcome here!

Fantastic experience: The best pole studio. Alice and Maria are amazing so friendly & kind and can always trust them when I’m upside down with one leg hanging on. Not only do you get friends in pole we are also a big family outside of pole. Everyone has each others back and when one person if feeling down the whole team picks them back up. Would 100% recommend
