Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Ben for 7 years and I can confidently say that training with him has given me a confidence in the gym and within myself that I just didn’t have before. Ben is the perfect balance between friendly, supportive and challenging. He will support you in every way he can to achieve your goals and doesn’t ever make you feel bad or feel like you can’t do something. The small group classes for Beast Club are full of supportive people who push you to achieve the best whilst also having a good old giggle. I’d never want to train with anyone else!
