Fantastic experience: Fantastic stay over Christmas. Great food and friendly staff. Room was warm and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Attended altended a annual convention here, from 08:30 until 16:30hrs. Very comfortable foyer, tea, coffee and iced water available at all times. Facilities are modern and clean. At lunch a light two course meal was provided. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient.

Positive experience: Ok little gym it has its problems. £40 a month isn't a lot for what you get but the problem is nothing ever works. Sauna breaks a lot, steam room breaks a lot. The heated pool is never heated and the pool is always full of annoying teenagers. Gym is good has a few weights and machines. Only problem is it's tiny and can barely move sometimes or never gey access to equipment as it's all being used. Not a bad little gym though it's out the way can't be helped.

Positive experience: Gym has decent equipment just the changing rooms and showers needs updating

Negative experience: Visited the restaurant with friends for a meal celebrating my birthday, as we have in previous years .. the actual meal and service was fine but the hotel appearance has gone downhill. I would Term it shabby and unappealing, I wouldn't dream of staying there and my wife and I have decided not to return.

Positive experience: Don't be fooled into signing up to their £6.49 membership. They don't tell you on their adverts that you have to pay an upfront cost and are tied into a three year membership which you will have to pay extra to exit should you want to leave early. This should be displayed clearly. I have just commented this on their Facebook page and been removed from commenting. What do they have to hide? An honest opinion on the leisure centre - it's small, the pool was cold last week and when there are classes on you can't use anything but the gym area (which is also pretty small). The sauna and jacuzzi however is great if they aren't crammed full. Disappointing about removing me from their Facebook page, can people not leave honest reviews? I'd just avoid, the 75 limited places is a ploy to entice you in. Be careful. That's my opinion but please read other reviews and make your own decision!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful swim today. Haven't been there for a long while but I'll be getting my membership sorted soon. The staff were so helpful. Thanks to Courtney (i think her name is, was lovely and so helpful too!!)and Bob on reception. The pool is a nice size, not cold and great jacuzzi,sauna ‍♂️ ‍♀️ and steam room. Looking forward to using the gym facilities next time. They seem to be very modern and plenty of room too. Thanks Forest Hills

Fantastic experience: Love this hotel there's a quirkyness to it pool area great deluxe rooms fantastic clean and modern had a great dinner and breakfast. Best fried eggs and hash browns ever. Amazing views

Positive experience: The changing rooms are so tired and grubby. There isn't a lifeguard on at the pool side and now it's summer there are even more young lads jumping in the pool and being general idiots. They have "video" on the pool from reception. But no one came down in the hour I was there to tell them off. What's the point

Fantastic experience: Well … Jayden on reception is an absolute credit to Forrest Hills- absolutely LOVELY lad ! Helpful, chatty friendly and welcoming! I didn’t catch the name of the man who served us coffee and hot chocolate in the restaurant, but I tell u what he went above and beyond to make sure we we comfortable and we only bought drinks! I can not recommend this place enough! Friendly, happy relaxed environment I cnt wait to go back!

Negative experience: Nice facilities but very run down and in desperate need of a deep clean. The women's changing area is pretty grim (don't look at the ceiling!) And the pool area can be grimy with brown stuff down the side of the pool. The sauna has been closed for months, before that it was the steam room that was closed for months. Tiles falling off the walls near the changing rooms.

Positive experience: We visit here to use the pool area. Great for the children as has a normal and children's pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub/jacuzzi.

Positive experience: We attended a wedding here and the venue looked really nice and the food prepared by the hotel was really nice but the price of the bar was just extortionate! A pint of diet coke and a single measure of gin and slimline tonic for just short of £9 is a bit much for me!

Negative experience: Needs a lot of work and updating Hasn’t been changed since I can remember . I have paid cheaper rates at better council pools. Looks like it’s falling apart. Shame really, it’s in such a nice place, Best Western could do with updating it big time instead of just putting prices up and leaving it in a mess

Positive experience: Had a membership for a couple of ýears now. It a great value for money, helpful friendly staff and they clearly try to keep improving their services. The lack of financial investment from the owners means the place is tired and showing it's wear and tear, with several functions never having worked during the time we've been there, although as mentioned this is reflected in the price.

Positive experience: Clean, friendly, maybe a little dated in appearance but otherwise fine.

Negative experience: Great local gym and classes with brilliant staff who run some amazing (and horribly hard on occasion) classes. The place is severely let down by lack of investment with some equipment (mats and steps for example) desperately in need of replacing.
