Fantastic experience: I trained Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in Leeds before I went to university and moved here when I came to Liverpool. The classes here are all high quality and the range of experience allows you to roll with people of all levels. The coaches are some of the best in the world.

Fantastic experience: Visited next gen MMA recently for some Bjj classes. They were super welcoming and friendly. Was a nice quick warmup (not 20-30 mins like some places), then about 20-30 minutes of very simple but very useful guard retention drills. The kind of thing that's going to be beneficial to anyone at any level. They also seem to stick to one topic for some period of time and don't just teach random unrelated techniques on any given day so you have time to get comfortable with what you're learning there and don't just forget everything one session to the next. Classes were big so there was a good mix of newer to more experienced guys to roll with. Overall couldn't have asked for a better experience and will certainly be dropping in whenever I'm in Liverpool.

Fantastic experience: Premium standard coaching with fun classes + friendly people to train with in BJJ, Boxing and Muay Thai. I recommend this gym to all skill levels as they also give you a two week free trial to make sure it is suitable for you and accommodate you with support whenever during the sessions great gym all round and people!

Fantastic experience: Stopped by on a whim 5 years ago and was probably the best decision ive ever made. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Negative experience: Overall a nice gym, howether I wouldn't go back. The trainer seemed nice, had one Muay Thai lesson, and I wasn't satisfied, as in my previous sessions in other places. Trainer didn't point out keys to improve or payed much attention to students. No pad work with the trainers. Haven't seen any punch bags to train your kicks and whatnot. The gloves where shredded and need replacement ; they haven't provided any hand wraps either before putting gloves on.
