Our desire as a 1-2-1 strength studio is to be truly unique and to genuinely tailor the training needed on a personal level, We have the fully equipped safe, secure private environment where our sole focus is your personal training requirements.

Fantastic experience: I had my introductory session with Courtney yesterday and was very impressed at both the gym set up and the time taken to set up a programme tailored to suit me. As we went through, machines were set for my height and ability. Courtney took the time to explain how with the strength training programme once a week is all that is needed and this fits in with my lifestyle. I would recommend to anyone thinking of trying.
Fantastic experience: After just 2 weekly sessions with Wayne each lasting around 30-40 minutes I have already started to improve my physique and certainly my strength. I wasn't sure that this would work as it seems so simple but it certainly does without the strain, stress and competition of a gym environment. All sessions are done 1 to 1 which for me works better as I can focus on what I am doing. I would recommend medx physiques to everyone that wants to improve their strength training and fitness or anyone who needs rehabilitation training.
