Negative experience: Apologies, i can't review the actual Gym as i haven't been. I have recently moved to Leigh-on-Sea and have been looking around for a Gym and i clicked on this Gym and i noticed an over 60 year old, who has mobility issues, asked a question about those issues and whether this Gym could accommodate her. They completely ignored her. That's disgusting really so i will not be going here if they don't want older people around their Gym. They obviously only want young and beautiful people coming to their Gym!

Fantastic experience: Best gym for the price. I like the fact that it's not that busy. At certain times, it feels like i have a personal gym. Some equipment could do with an update, but they have everything I need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have boxing equipment which most gyms dont have around town

Fantastic experience: Just recently joined. Bit anxious as new experience. Been made to feel welcome. Had a lot of help from Clive whose on the reception as you go in. The gym has everything you need. Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Been a member for a few years now. It's a very friendly and welcoming gym with a good variety of equipment and you can always use what you need. Would highly recommend to others.

Negative experience: Quite a small gym, but most equipment that you could need in terms of machines etc. Usually not the cleanest, the members of staff are not that friendly (usually carrying on having conversations as you enter, making you wait until they finish to swipe your card), and the showers never worked the whole time I was there. Staff’s small children are also allowed to run riot, playing on machines etc whilst you’re working out - it’s reasonably priced, but I wouldn’t recommend.

Positive experience: For a fairly smallish gym, there are lots of machines and weights with an upstairs for cardio exercises and boxing. There is nowhere to refill water, you must buy a drink here.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym with all the Machines you need it to have a good work out..and plus very nice staff around there

Positive experience: I've been a regular at LFC for a decade now, and I love it there. The staff are very friendly, helpful, enthusiastic about fitness, and easy to talk to. The only thing missing is a second squat rack. Aside from that I love this gym.

Negative experience: Seems cheap before you go in, but once you are in there you realise that it is expensive for what you actually get - despite the below reply, I was a member - the reason I was compelled to review was because of how out of date all the equipment is in comparison to most other gyms.

Positive experience: As it is not far from where i live ,im still going in there for about few months already ,people there are very friendly . The place is clean and organised ,i also like how easy the membership is as the price is not too bad .there are better gyms around but im still prefer leigh fitness . They also got suplementaion at the reception cold drinks and even fresh juice if you like .really recomend the place.

Positive experience: Good crowd of people, good equipment and friendly staff. Whether you're looking for cardio or bodybuilding, this is the place. Reasonable membership costs and plenty of free advice from Paul the manager.

Fantastic experience: It has all the equipment you need, and great classes for a reasonable price. What's not to like?
