At ABS Gym we pride ourselves on giving our clients the experience they wish to have. We will change our training methods dependant on our clients to help them achieve the goals and aspirations that they put forward to us. We provide training plans and dietary advice for all our clients, this means whether they are training at home, with us or at a commercial walk-in gym they will have the knowledge and confidence required to continue their training.

"Creating ABS Gym was something I have always wanted to do. Having been in the fitness environment for several years, I started to get a feel for what it was I really wanted from a gym. I could never quite find the right balance for the requirements I had; you want to feel as though the membership you have chosen will be the key to achieving your goals but that wasn’t always the case. Because of this, it was important to design ABS Gym in such a way to give our clients every possible means to fitness freedom. Whether it be the gym, personal training or classes, there is an option for everyone and a piece of equipment or trainer to aid you on your journey."

"I have always been interested in fitness and having frequented a variety of gyms throughout the years, I have always felt as though something was missing within the local area. Finding the right balance between Strength Training, Body Building and endurance training proved rather difficult. Thus, ABS was born, to provide a facility for all requirements, addressing the apparent gap in the current local market. Here at ABS, we have aimed to create an environment that is inclusive to all, providing everyone with accessibility to achieving their specific fitness goals."
