ABS Gym Fakenham

Fantastic experience: Great range of equipment including proper lifting platforms, and the only gym around me that was open for a pre-work session. Really easy to register for a 1 day pass. Excellent, will definitely return next time I'm back in North Norfolk!

Fantastic experience: On holiday in Wells, found this gym and it is awesome, has all the gear you would want for a great resistance workout, a lot of amazing new plate loaded machines plus free weights, cardio area, two lifting platforms etc. Rare to find such a gem of a gym, easy to sign up for a day pass online as well, zero hassle.

Fantastic experience: Spacious, super clean and tidy, and everything looked brand new. Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. And friendly clientele. 3 high end squat and deadlift areas. Loads of benches and machines, and cable machines, a few pull up bars and dip bars, and weight belts. Weight sled track in a separate room which had more squat racks and lots of floor space. Had loads of cardio stuff I don't know the names of. And most importantly, mirrors! Only things I could see that were missing was a hack squat machine, a seated calf raise machine, something for nordic hamstring curls, and a flat hamstring curl machine (but it did have a seated hamstring curl machine). Less than £30 a month, £15 a week, £10 day pass. Sells energy and recovery drinks and bars too. And open 24/7

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Plenty of equipment, plenty of room and airy, and enough free weights to keep anyone short of training for WSM busy.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym and just what Fakenham needed. It's a great size, even when busy there's ample room or options to explore. Having a gym with ample space, long opening times, dedicated squat/deadlift platforms etc. is something Fakenham has been in need of for a long time. I'd highly recommend it.
