3 years ago Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Sunrise Warriors since 2016 and will be for as long as I can be. The Sunrise team are down to earth, put you at ease and encourage you to work hard. I really enjoy the consistency and variety of the classes, it's up to you how hard you work. 100% recommend for mental health as well as fitness.....there is nothing quite like kicking and punching, or hitting a tyre with a sledgehammer
3 years ago Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of knowing the gang since the beginning. Year in, year out, they get me in shape, ready for comps. It's an infectious environment, you finish, and want more and that's mainly down to the genuine friendly environment that Alexei and co. Provide. I wish I could give more stars!
