Fantastic experience: Good gym, but the opening hours are problematic. Opening at 6am weekdays and 7am on Saturday is too late to comfortably get in a session before work.

Fantastic experience: It has everything you will need from a gym. The best bits for me is the friendly staff that say hello and goodbye. They even call you to see how things are going and if there is anything you would like them to improve. They offer a range of classes and PT's it just feels like they care about the members, unlike some other places I've been too.
Fantastic experience: Amber and team have created a great welcoming environment, making it a fab place to workout. Always so friendly and on hand for advice and motivation. Highly recommend the lunchtime express classes, varied styles so never gets boring plus fits perfectly into my lunch break!! Also love that we can use the other gyms when out and about, to mix up our workouts.
Fantastic experience: Excellent and friendly gym, always greeted like I'm part of the family , wide variety of equipment, classes and even personal trainers for whatever your goals maybe. Since quz & Amber have taken over theirs a lot more a friendly atmosphere than when I first joined under Melissa.
Fantastic experience: Great clean & welcoming gym, Amber quz & the personal trainers always happy to help with any information or advice you need on an array of things. You can their trying to build community atmosphere unlike when I joined nearly 2 years ago. Highly recommend this gym as working unsociable hours this truly is the highlight of my weekday mornings.
Fantastic experience: A great place to work out with a real family feel about it. The staff are knowledgeable welcoming and friendly. The equipment is clean tidy and modern, and there's classes available for all levels of fitness. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Really bad treatment, club cancelled my standing order, then 3 days later tried to collect it.bank refused as they weren't sure if it was a scam or not. Now handed it over to a debt collection agency, really poor customer care,from a club that charges for 24/7 opening times should remove that from there website as it is false advertising.when I tried to speak to the manager,was told they were on holiday.and anyway Was not there problem anymore be careful members could do same to anyone of you

Negative experience: Would be great if snap add few more Machine and yes there is a room for more just need a better management.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Nice and quiet most of the time. Lovely individual shower rooms which are perfectly clean. Only downside is that its right next to McDonalds so there's temptation to reverse all the good of your workout as soon as you step out of the gym

Positive experience: I have been going to this gym for over 2 years and I am really considering to move elsewhere. The gym is opposite McDonald’s and the BP garage which has made parking difficult with the line to McDonalds drive through always going out into the road and then all the Uber/ deliveroo drivers parking in the spaces by the gym. The gym itself isn’t the biggest but more recently I have found myself consistently waiting to use equipment (not that there is a lot) due to volume of people in the gym. I can understand and appreciate that the gym is busy in peak periods in the day but the negatives are starting to out weigh the positives for what you pay for.
Negative experience: Absolutely not enough room in this gym. Always rammed with people and awfully rude staff. Price is ridiculous for what you get. Better to sign up to a different gym which is both better and cheaper. Would have stayed for 6 months longer but I heard they also give a 30day notice to leave meaning you have to pay one month extra at the end. I cancelled this immediately. Don’t join this gym the state of it is awful Update- I have read the response to my review and I can honestly say I don’t agree with it. I would really like to zoom in on the section about the 30day final payment. Personally, this is a very dishonest way to use a contract because it always feels like a scam. You only have to look at the sheer volume of people making complaints to know something is wrong here. Please take a long hard think about all the complaints people have made and compare them to the benefits. On the benefit side, they have a small range of good quality equipment. In the other hand, it is an extremely cramped gym and always busy so you’ll probably never get a chance to use it. The manager simply is more interested in your money and being selfish. I don’t agree with it being clean given it is always packed. It’s impossible to keep clean when it is constantly busy. The price is incredibly expensive. There are bigger, better gyms which charge half as much. I want to thank you for the large amount of views I have had on this post and would urge you to avoid this gym like it’s a minefield.

We also have a range of different membership options that are cheaper than our month to month option! Our gym staff here pride themselves in being welcoming, helpful & informative should you have any questions or queries. Fantastic experience: The staff are all helpful and friendly, they have everything you need in one gym
Positive experience: This is a good gym! I used it for over a year. Members and staff are friendly and the gym has a good variety of resistance machines and free weights. I would have gone for 5 out of 5 but it lacks of a sauna / steam room. More to this, currently the gym is not operating 24 hours a day. It is closed between 11 pm to 6 am.
Positive experience: Friendly staff, not the largest amount of facilities though but thankfully wasn't too crowded

Negative experience: This place has so many things wrong with it, it’s a joke that a global brand lets one of their gyms suffer with disrepair and partial funding! Their Air Con has been broken for months, so it gets muggy and stale in there very quickly, with no air moving around inside. The gym flooring is only adequate for a small section of the weights area, meaning there’s this large step up / shelf / multilevel split where they ran out of proper flooring. The weights rack is then precariously balancing on the flooring without sufficient stabilisation, looking like it’s about to topple over at any minute and when you replace weights on the rack the whole thing wobbles! They frequently run out of paper towels so you end up having to use toilet paper to mop your head or wipe down machines and benches and one of the paper towel dispensers simply fell off the wall and now there’s just holes where it used to be. Much of the above might feel nit-picky, but the AC being offline for months in a packed gym is truly horrendous. That’s bread and butter stuff. That’s a true failure and shows just how little they care about their members vs creaming a profit. It seems to be a “people keep coming, who cares” attitude and it’s not what they proclaim to be about. Sort it out!
Fantastic experience: Great gym! The staff are very helpful and friendly, iv never been given the impression they don’t want to be there, these are people that are not there because they have to, but because they want to and do what they love. The gym equipment is fantastic, with a wide range of everything you need, the general atmosphere is so friendly, everyone is there to do their own thing but still say hello or have a quick chat. The private shower/ changing rooms are clean and have everything you need

Fantastic experience: Coming from someone that has trained in every gym in the local area, this is the best gym around. Great equipment, friendly atmosphere and the staff are always more than happy to help. And to top it off there is no contract and NO cancellation fee what so ever! The gym is professionally cleaned every day and maintained throughout. Plenty of free parking, private shower and changing rooms with heated floors, hair dryers the lot. Defiantly recommend.

Negative experience: Total SCAM Mis-Sold as "Just waiting for council to approve 24 hours, should be about 1 month" that was a year ago. You sign up online but have to go in or print and return a cancellation form. Deliberate barrier to cancellations. Area manager does not answer the phone. To get any action you have to trace the franchisee and send them a formal complaint letter. Anyone else Mis-Sold do not pay outstanding fee let them take you to court and counter claim. If you need confirmation from a staff member in writing thatvit was going to be 24 I'm happy to share.
Hi Roy, thank you for your message. We do try to go 24/7 in all of our sites but as you can appreciate this is subject to local council approval. As part of your joining process, you sign into our cancellation policy which is only a calendar months notice which means you will always have 1 final payment. Negative experience: By far one of the worst gyms I have been in. Overpriced, never enough machines, staff are rude and obnoxious and the equipment is not clean. Whatever you do, avoid this gym.

Negative experience: NOT 24HRS !!
Negative experience: Few time I have been told off that I am using equipment too laud. (I was slapping sand bags on the floor) Also for future clients I would suggest twice check membership terms. Although it's none contract gym, I was charged £70 just to leave the gym.

Negative experience: In general, a very good facility. Nice equipment and clean. But very disappointed in their general process for membership enquiries - I needed to cancel my membership, simply due to time constraints. I initially called up, to be told I must do it in person (Very Covid-19 friendly...) so I went down, to find the staff working on reduced shift patterns. Totally understandable given the current climate, but the lack of flexibility to accommodate a member cancelling is ludicrous. When I finally managed to get a time when they were staffed and I was able to go, I'm informed that I need to still pay for the next 30 days as notice too. After years of membership there, I certainly won't be going back to Snap when I re-join a gym.
