Fantastic experience: I was only in the area for a couple of days and wanted somewhere to train. The gym offered low cost day passes and the equipment available was fantastic and covered all abilities of fitness/training. The owner was very approachable, friendly and from what i could see encouraged and mentored a lot of the clients working out. I have trained in a lot of gyms across the UK and in Europe and this one stands out by a mile. First class service. Only wish i was here longer

Negative experience: Theres better gyms out there which are better and all working equipment I got told by a guru they hired to get ppl in i can join and cancel anytime as i have health issues to be then told no stuck in a 12 months contract as they use a lending company you have to prove the issue I did and when the lending company replied my letter when I sent it was 3 days out of date when they replied to it it was 9 days out of date the company they use rude dont care they want the money etc ..... moral of the story hiring a guru their word I have in a text sells you the membership tells you anything so you sign he gets paid you've been scammed AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
