USP Pilates is based in Edinburgh and run by Richard Donaldson who is also known for RD Fitness. Richard offer USP Pilates classes for all levels.

USP Pilates is based in Edinburgh and run by Richard Donaldson who is also known for RD Fitness. There are Edinburgh Pilates classes to attend at St Ninians Church in Corstorphine and all classes are available to attend live online from the comfort of your home. Richard is also available as a Personal Fitness Trainer and organiser of fitness Bootcamps. All Personal Training sessions are carried out within a fully equipped gym at Drum Brae Leisure Centre.
