We are more than just a studio...we are STRONG AF! A beautiful, private studio with amazing personal trainers and the best fitness classes around. Our main focus is resistance based training, and we specialize in women's training. We want to help women get strong! The fun,friendly environment makes training that bit easier too. Why not try one of our fantastic classes from just £5 a session. Or book in with a personal trainer and have a session in our private studio.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely amazing gym. I cannot rate this gym highly enough. The PT sessions and the classes are exceptional. Honestly, lovely place and truly lovely people. Words cannot express how this gym has helped me get fitter and stronger. The best kept secret in Wythenshawe. Thank you Strong AF, thank you Rob and Liam. H
