TRAIN MANCHESTER - CrossFit^® Heald Green

Fantastic experience: Didn't go for the gym, but it looks well equipped with a gym and a crossfit area with a full shutter door for ventilation. I went to the chiropractor at Align Spinal Health. She was very thorough. Does massage. Chiro adjustments and dry needling very polite. She got a crack out of my neck that the last few have not been able to get.

Fantastic experience: I started doing CrossFit as a complete beginner and thought it was only really fit athletes who did it but everyone at the gym, coaches and other members, have always been supportive and encouraging. Everything is scalable to your own individual ability and you are really able to push yourself. I have learnt loads about my own fitness and strength and it has given me confidence in my own abilities. Everyone is friendly and knows who you are and I would recommend this gym to anyone of any fitness level.

Fantastic experience: Great drop-in location and class. Completed a great partner WOD with Pedro. Front squat strength with nick and Pesa (probably spelled his name wrong- Sorry). Definitely will come back to this welcoming place next time in Manchester.

Negative experience: some people can’t park here on sunny days, there is equipment and people training in the disabled bays. This is not right.

Positive experience: Visited here for a rowing comp. Very nice facilities and impressed with the overall quality of the place.

Positive experience: Very expensive but a lovely quiet weights room which I love. Could shift the lat pull down machine for more space but otherwise good design and great facilities

Negative experience: Place is starting to get a little cleaner. But some goofy Credence Barebone lookalike keeps telling me he needs my bench because "Crossfit takes priority"
