Fantastic experience: I attend the Forever Young Fitness class & can honestly say I’m enjoying every class. The group are friendly, caring & Chris is the best fitness instructor I’ve ever had. She listens & adjusts exercises to accomodate your needs. She makes classes fun & I look forward to attending every week
