Fantastic experience: I had had back and neck pain for a decade and have had surgeries to help and previous massage and physio and nothing has worked as well as just a 6 week course of physio with Oxana! I started with a BUPA covered set of sessions and now pay to go monthly because I couldn’t live without. Not having inflammation and pain has reduced fatigue, migraines, stress and helped to improve my sleep and I’m incredibly grateful. Oxana spends minimal time discussing treatment (whilst still listening and hearing all of your issues) and prioritises every minute of your session towards giving treatment. Sometimes she is able to spot areas of tension and pain that I have not even mentioned. Really life changing - thanks Oxana!
