Negative experience: I think that they should remove the word Aqua from the name along with the pictures of a swimming pool and the phrase "family friendly " since there's no pool and nothing for kids

Positive experience: I only go to use the studio for a class. Seems a decent gym. It's nice and clean Really miss the pool and saunas though. Have started using the gym, and all is good. Lots of equipment to chose from, and most of the staff are really helpful

Positive experience: Good machines but having the weight machines in the centre and all the bikes and treadmills facing in is a bit off putting for someone just starting and maybe paranoid of people watching them. Too much like a goldfish bowl

Fantastic experience: We are actually charging here at the moment, at a steady 48kW, and the review request has just come through! Have used this one before with our Chargeplace Scotland RFID card. Charger is easy to use and has been reliable so far. There's one rapid charger with CCS and Chademo and a further nine fast chargers, one of which is occupied. Nice spacious location, no facilities but shops nearby.

Positive experience: It suited all. My needs very good

Negative experience: Showed up only to be told that the pool has been shut for 3 years! No where is it advertised that the pool is closed.

Negative experience: Av been trying to contact the aquatic on the phone but had no response this is the third day av been calling and leaving messages but still no response from this facility. Highly recommend the ravenscraig as it a better facility and staff are very helpful

Negative experience: It is a good place to bring young kids but it has some issues with a lot of visible broken tiles in the pool area and it looks like it needs a good clean.

Positive experience: bogging changing area a disgrace. reported faulty baby seat over a month ago and still not sorted or removed. Management dont have a clue or interested

Positive experience: Flumes were closed due to lack of staff. Kids disappointed. Still had fun, but small compared to time capsule, which is not far away from this.

Fantastic experience: Visiting family with my 9 MTH old baby, I was amazed that there was a high chair in the changing room as well as play pens by the showers, two simple things made my life so much easier, we had a fab time swimming as well Looking forward to our next visit

Negative experience: Thought we would try this place out and we were very disappointed. To start with the pool was filthy small pieces of foam and water bottle caps floating in pool and lots of broken tiles or areas with tiles missing. There is an area in the pool where gravel/dirt collects (at the bottom of the stairs coming from the jacuzzi area into the main pool) The outside pool area is a shambles the grass area is unmaintained and overgrown, the outdoor pool area itself has loads of missing tiles as well causing sharp edges, my kid even found spiders in the main pool area. The tyre ring flume only had 3 tyre rings for customers to use so waiting times were quite long also. Over all the pool could be doing with closing down for a couple of days and having a good clean and fixing all damaged areas.

Negative experience: Dropped partener off .tried to contact office as barrier was down at exit nobody answered.had to walk in the pouring rain to get code to get out was told intercom not working. Total disgrace as lots of infirm people get dropprd of by people who dont know code and need to walk up to office .absolute shambles of a place

Negative experience: Took my 3 boys today..water was ice cold and the place was manky!!! Changing rooms were disguising! It was very busy and they only had 4 rubber rings for the flume! Showers stayed on for a whole 5 seconds so had to try and get washed AND press the shower button constantly! Pool wasn't well supervised and their were older kids being quite noisy (shouting and swearing) and carrying on, bumping into everyone! My children (aged 8,11,12) are water babies and they only lasted 1 hour before asking to go out :(

Fantastic experience: Use the gym and the sauna overall very good but on a Sunday it closes at 19.45 and I need to go to wishaw that stays open till 10.00pm. Can't aquatec stay open till 10.00pm also.

Positive experience: Water was a.lot warmer than I expected and made for a pleasant experience. Went there to exercise a dodgy leg and found it easy to get in and out the pool because of the steps. Once in though there is a strong current created as it is a essentially a fun pool. This made it harder to find somewhere to exercise. I managed though. There's also a nice flume if your into that and an outdoor area if your up for the cold and rain.

Positive experience: Excellent gym facility and friendly staff. Changing facilities are good but frankly not clean enough. Often go in here in mornings and usually littered with empty bottles and tissues. As for the weekends, well no cleaner on duty, always filthy, especially the toilets. When I complained I was told that cleaners rota is to clean health suite before gym changing facility. Bizarre, as gym opens at 6 and heath suite a couple of hours later.
