Since its inception in July 2021, marking ten years of excellence, the facility has evolved from its roots in personalized training and outdoor bootcamps into a robust hub for health and wellness. Situated conveniently at 20 Meadow Road, Ferri Fit offers a welcoming environment where members of all fitness levels can thrive, supported by a strong sense of camaraderie and professional guidance.

Our approach combines the intensity of personal training sessions with the dynamic energy of outdoor bootcamps, ensuring a well-rounded fitness experience. Whether you are looking to build strength, improve cardiovascular health, or simply stay active, our tailored programs are designed to help you reach your goals. We believe in the power of community, and our growing family of past and present members is the backbone of our success, creating a supportive atmosphere that makes every workout enjoyable.

We are committed to providing accessible and flexible training options. Newcomers are invited to join us for a free week to experience the Ferri Fit difference firsthand. Our sports clinic is open seven days a week, with extended hours on Monday through Thursday (6am–1pm / 3pm–9pm), late hours on Friday (6am–7pm), and weekend sessions on Saturday (8am–1pm) and Sunday (9am–12:30pm).
