Positive experience: Good start for the kids

Negative experience: The staff are really rude especially that most women are immigrants and can’t speak well English and they shout on the kids too .

Negative experience: I was calling about my son’s swimming if it was open or not and I have been on call for over 40 minutes and no one has answered

Fantastic experience: Great staff and vibes. Limited space but a good variety of gym facilities.

Negative experience: The timetable is not up to date and there should be a separate swim timetable available for every holiday so people can plan. I am absolutely outraged that every time I want to go swimming I am unable to due to miscommunication or due to the inefficiency of the council to provide us with information that is needed. Additionally, I am extremely unhappy that walk ins are not available during the holidays and that you have to book to get in to swim sessions. Lastly, I am extremely disappointed that booking is soo hard and does not cater for those who have other commitments And can only attend on the weekends or in the holidays

Negative experience: Changing room require cleaning. The reception staff are seriously over worked because you can never get through. Most importantly children's scores are not always recorded on the devices. As a result we not sure when and if children are progressing. The council is quick to take the money but not following through on swimming. Female lessons are barely available because we are informed those attending simply use it as a socialising time and thus waiting to take a lesson are left waiting - in our case 4 years of waiting. In addition, lesson times dont meet the needs of working mothers. The staff who coach and manage are wonderful hence the 1 star but they cannot be blamed for the lack of investment.

Fantastic experience: Used the toilets Children's swimming lessons on the go

Negative experience: I tried to call them so many times. Every time I was in number 3 and when I get chance to speak the receptionist rabita said sorry I cannot hear you and disconnected my call. I am trying to book my daughter swimming assessment. But it's seams very difficult.

Negative experience: Staff is incredibly rude. They have no manners at all. It was our first time to go there to the swimming pool and didn’t know the rules. Instead of explaining politely what it is allowed and what not, they were insolent. They are even rude with the kids, yelling at them. How can the kids be comfortable or happy to go there! It should be a place with no stress for them! Staff needs first to get a behavioural training in order to know how to speak, before being a lifeguard or manager or supervisor. Will never go again to this centre and don’t recommend anyone to go there. Even one star is too much for them!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant summer holiday swimming lesson!

Negative experience: takes 3+ hours to get a hold ‘you’re currently number 1 in the queue’. For 1-2 hours then hangs up automatically and most of the time won’t even answer ur question

Fantastic experience: Good facilities which we have been using for many years. The ladies sessions are always in high demand and management in particular Raj always try to accomodate wherever possible.

Positive experience: Long queues for ladies and girls swimming, very crowded, and prices have gone up! Been going for years so Im used to it but i never feel the changing areas are as clean as you would want, some of the cubicles have broken locks which havent been fixed in ages, and its a very busy pool, so you only actually get 50mins swimming time, not 60mins!

Negative experience: a year ago The changing rooms smells like wee, due to which it has became so difficult to use then after swimming lessons.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here recently for fitness classes and the new part with the gym and the fitness studio is so amazing! All the equipment is new and it's perfect for fitness classes with great sound and music but also not being open in front of everyone!

Positive experience: Gym is all new and modernised at cheap monthly prices. Just need the pools revamped now

Negative experience: We have been waiting for 30 mins ,they are saying there are no spaces however there are alot of spaces in the pool.

Positive experience: Yes it’s an older swimming pool, the showers and toilets have recently been refurbished. They are clean as is the pool. The swimming lessons are always very busy with hundreds of children each week. The swimming teachers are all friendly and hands on. Both my children enjoy their lessons and are improving week on week.

Negative experience: Council owned and shows it .. mayor of Leicester obviously prefers to spend Council money on cycle lanes and not sports facilities..

Positive experience: Changing rooms dated po is usually a bit cold but the staff are always polite and friendly

Negative experience: The place is not clean and in the changing rooms not enough facilities and there is missing ceiling tiles, you can see electric wires and water drips all the times and it's been not fixed since long time.

Negative experience: i was at the swimming pool and asked to go to the 2 m to the lifeguard nicely they asked me if i knew how to swim i replied yes they asked me to show them so i did they then said i didnt know how to swim and didnt let me go with my friend so they wasted my time and my money if youre a kid they wont take you seriously they took the moquery on me i will never come back again if i could ill put a 0 stars not reccomended

Positive experience: Great gym - nice and spacious and lots of equipment. Paper towels and spray is provided to wipe down machines, but not all members are adhering to it. Have to report to Reception then gym in a different building. Need a member of staff in gym full-time.

Positive experience: Great helpful staff in a busy environment. The shower rooms can get really busy especially after kids session. The shower rooms need to be increased, redesigned and the floors moped more often due to slippery floors.

Negative experience: Warning when you park the car , you will be fined penalty charge by private co , juste say to swimming pool customer and staff do not park your car all day front of our home in my street, if you have your own car park use it.
