We also pride ourselves on maintaining a positive atmosphere and excellent customer service, which is why we are disappointed to hear your experience didn’t reflect this. Hi Natasha, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We appreciate the shower facilities are limited to 3 private shower and changing areas. We understand that this can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your feedback. After careful consideration, we have decided to prioritise maximising our gym equipment and overall workout space. This decision aims to enhance the training experience for all our members by providing a wider range of fitness options. We are sorry to hear that the 2 hour parking limit has been a concern for you. As parking is limited, to offer a fair opportunity for our members to use our parking facilities we have the 2 hour limit in place. We are happy to provide you with details of other Parking facilities in the area which allow for longer, just let us know and a member of the Team will happy provide you with full details. We are sorry to hear that the cancellation notice was not clear. As a club we strive to be transparent with our Terms and Conditions, which is why we do send these to all members upon joining and only activate gym access cards once members have read and signed these in Agreement with the terms. Thank you for sharing your recent experience at Snap Fitness Heswall. We sincerely appreciate your feedback. We can confirm that we have 2 cleaning stations at both ends of the gym with antibacterial spray, paper towels and bins. We also have various bin stations dotted throughout the gym, which you'll find at the cleaning station, water fountain and vanity area. We have a daily deep clean carried out every morning and staff clean all exercise equipment daily, which we carry out in the afternoon due to these being the gym's quieter times, so as to not impact on members moving freely around the gym. We also carry out several tidying sessions daily but, also do ask that member's assist us in replacing equipment after use. We will continue to gently remind our member's to replace their weights to aid in improving this. We hope to see you in the club again in the future. Hi Steven, Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking to increase and introduce new pieces of kit. We recently had the Pec Fly and Rear Delt Machine, the Glute Bridge and another 2 spin bikes purchased for the club, along with other smaller pieces of kit. If there is anything in particular please let the team know and it is definitely something we can look into. There is a secured attachment on the squat racks that can be used for T Bar rows. Hi Sam, Thank you for your review and we are sorry you feel this way and aren't happy with the gym at this current time. Firstly, I am looking back into what the promotional offer may have been at the time when you signed up as I am currently unsure of what this may have been. Regarding the car park, back in May we changed our ANPR system. This new system now requires members to input their registration on each visit to the gym. The only time fines are issued are if this process has not been followed, and we have this signposted thoroughly throughout the gym to help remind members. We understand that from time to time our members have missed this and this has resulted in fines being received. We are however working closely with Smart Parking regarding members fines and getting these cancelled. We are not notified who has received fines and so only if the member contacts the team is it then we can support you through this. Unfortunately if a fine has been paid already we cannot have this reversed as Smart Parking see this as acceptance of the fine and liability. With regards to the being locked out of the gym. Our door system was updated in February as to if documents (club waiver and terms and conditions) were not signed then the access card would not work on the door. This was updated across the whole franchise not just the Heswall site. We sent these document out to members via the emails we have on the system. This again was signposted throughout the gym and if flagged up on our system at anytime were re-sent out to members. We are sorry you did not receive these notifications which led to access being restricted. Our Club manager has left a voicemail for yourself and is happy to discuss these points further and see if there is anything more we can do to help better your experience with us. Over the past few weeks we have introduced a deep clean weekly rather than monthly to help increase standards, gym floor cleans are also taking place daily. Thanks Team Snap.

Hi, Thank you for your review. The smaller carabiner's are to be used alongside the larger carabiner's to help link some of the newer accessories rather than being used solely. The showers have been deep cleaned again today and this has been looked into. We changed a product being used on Friday that has been seen to leave a film on the tiles. The product wont be being used and an alternative has been sourced. Please note there were no cleaners on site over the weekend to have identified this earlier.
