Negative experience: came to the spa in march and left with a fungal infection me and my sister

Fantastic experience: What a gaff! Spenny and full of middle class, but fair play; amazing facilities, expensive food and a massive hot tub.

Positive experience: Top of the range facilities and equipment. Choice of sports and activities are wide and enjoyable. Very clean and airy. What makes it 4 instead of 5 stars are the clientelle. Rude, self entitled people, unwilling to share their space. I will not be joining because of this - I would rather join a club with worse equipment, but a friendly attitude. I’d probably save a small fortune too!

Positive experience: The staff was very nice, the food wasn't great, and the burger was too dry,taste burnt more than beef!! Showers need more attention, especially in corners ,yellow fat. The gym plates are very old and have the wrong colours for new modern plates in other loyds clubs! Also, it's dark in the gym, which gives uncomfortable mode to work out. Many thanks.

Negative experience: If I could rate this club 0 stars I would, growing up here I’ve watched the club deteriorate over time and it’s such a shame. Most of the staff here are stuck up and arrogant and to put it bluntly rude. Recently visiting the Kensington club it was like night and day the difference. From little things such as giving you a towel, to big things such as the maintenance of the club. The worst part about this is just how they treat you as a loyal member. They use to know most guests by name now they don’t give a dam about you. When you present them with a problem they either do the minimal or nothing at all. Such a shame.

Fantastic experience: Best place ever! Top notch equipment, including a shaking plate and a electronic massage roller. I love the swimming pool which is 25 meters long, a steam room, jet Jacuzzi and sauna, tennis courts and outdoor area. There is also a lovely area for grabbing a coffee, catching up on some work or grabbing a bite to eat. Amazing!

Positive experience: I have to share that Donna on front desk is so helpful and pleasant it really does make a difference to my daily visits.

Fantastic experience: You really do get what you pay for at DL Worcester! The customer service I experience from all staff on all departments on a regular basis is always 1st class (and I use the club daily!). But the efforts that Eden (on reception) went to today to sort a tennis court out for me and my kids when I had made a mistake and thought I’d booked something I hadn't, was above and beyond. Thank you! I rarely write a google review but felt compelled after today’s fantastic experience.

Fantastic experience: Sally always goes above and beyond with her service, and always with a cheery smile. Nothing is too much hassle and she always makes you feel as though you are an important customer. Her friendly approach makes her popular with our kids as well as us! Sally is an asset to the club, look after her!

Fantastic experience: Could not be happier with the kids club offerings at this club. Sammy is always so welcoming and both my children love going in. Trips to ‘the club’ make our week as a family and they are always timed well with the adult group classes. Works well for us all.

Fantastic experience: Amazing family club, my 3 year old loves attending the kids classes, especially yoga with Sammy and Fiona and swimming with Sue. She can’t wait for Tuesdays when she gets to do her 2 favourite things! Thanks so much for putting on such great classes and groups helping to show a great ethic that exercise is fun, important, calm, exciting and everything it should be to set them up for life

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at David Lloyd for several years, and every time I walk through the doors, I’m reminded why I keep coming back. The team has created an environment that makes working out not just rewarding but an enjoyable experience. A special shout out to Victoria and the F&B team! They are always so welcoming and provide exceptional service. With the recent improvements to the outside space, it has become a perfect spot to relax or use the adult only area to get some work done in a comfortable atmosphere.

Rachael always gives a warm, friendly reception. And Austin was great when my daughter hurt herself during a kids club & often asks how she is (just a grazed knee!).

Fantastic experience: I joined David Lloyd in November, I've visited numerous sites since signing up to the platinum membership and this is by far the best and cleanest that I have been to. The equipment is well maintained and the staff are excellent. The personal trainers are great, Adriano has helped so much with my fitness transformation and I would highly recommend him to anyone who signs up or is already a member.

Same from F & B with Mia, Alex (nice to see him back) and Millie. Nice swim, water was an idea temperature, Cam patrolling poolside made me feel safe and the kids enjoyed it. Top notch

Fantastic experience: Great gym equipment, including free weights and machine weights and lots of space so it doesn't feel too cramped. The pool is really nice especially the outdoor pool on a sunny day!

Negative experience: Joined the gym and wasn't my kettle of fish it was very busy pretty much any time I went there so I decided to end my membership prior to the 14days notice I have know been told for 3 weeks in a row that my refund has been processed and I am still yet to receive a refund I started my refund process on Sunday the 27th of July I am still yet to receive a refund and when I ring them they just fob me off saying its getting sorted I've know been told 2 weeks after the date I asked for a refund and have now been told its been processed yesterday and will be 5-7 days they are an abosolute joke as soon as its not something that is earning them money they are the most un helpfull people possible they are a joke already charging ridiculous prices for there bog standard gym only difference is a towl and then take nearly a month to refund people but can take the money out of my bank instantly 0 starts if I could. stay away from this gym think they need to invest in some of there money into there customer service skills Edit. I will wait to hear off you which I highly doubt I will
