Fantastic experience: Such a fab quick workout gym 30 minute workouts with weights and resistance the team make it fun and really motivational. The timings of each sessions really fit into my life well I feel fitter and stronger than ever. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Slimmer Leaner Stronger is the best place I ever tried to do excersise. The program they are offering is very effective and changing so many ladies lifestyle. I just finished with my 6 weeks bootcamp challenge and I am surprised how strictly I was going to the 30 minutes HIT sessions every day. It's hard but also fun. Only ladies and a trainers are well qualified and very supportive whenever I needed help. I definitely will carry on going because I enjoy it so much.
