Fantastic experience: Best out of the three gyms I have memberships to. Great staff but could really used a weighted twist machine and a back extention machine

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, had all the equippment I needed and the price was great. The reception staff always greeted me and said goodbye on leaving, the classes were good, and when I went during the day it was never too many people so I could always get a machine I wanted. Lots of personal attention if you want or need it. Sadly, I had to cancel my membership due to joint issues, but if I were to join a gym in the future this would be the one. Can't fault a thing.

Fantastic experience: Great gym , clean and very friendly staff. Lots of free PT sessions available throughout the day to book. I go here everyday, water in pool is clean, steamroom is clean and well maintained and the sauna is well equipped. Showers work with good pressure and hot water and are clean and there is a dispenser for showergel in every shower so if you forget yours, you can still clean up nicely. Locker system is great, you don't need a lock. Happy vibrant and knowledgeble staff. Lots of different classes and services such as spa treatments and health assessments on offer to book in advance. Lovely gym and happy to be a member.

Fantastic experience: Staff always welcome me and say Hi, and acknowledge me when I leave. Never heard a rude word from any of them and when I have needed their help, they’re immediately at my service. A great team, doing a good job. The gym itself has all the equipment you need, plus a pool and sauna suite that’s kept clean. Looking forewarn to annoyed year at Nuffield Worcester

Negative experience: If I could give zero I would. Staff are rude (mainly the reception staff). I initially cancelled months in advance but they charged me after my contract ended anyway. When I called to query it they initially couldn’t find the cancellation paperwork and made me out to be a liar. They only found it after I showed them my copy and threatened to report a breach of GDPR. The equipment in the gym is old at best and disgusting at worst. The pool gave me an ear infection so bad that a month later I still can’t hear in my ear. I wouldn’t even risk my dog going back there. Honestly save your money and go to pure gym. The equipments better. Any gym but this one is better.

Fantastic experience: Top class gym. Has pretty much everything you could need and the all staff are lovely. Special shout out to Joe and Gowan who are both fantastic and always on hand to help. Thanks all.

Negative experience: Increase in membership fee and no stairmaster at this branch . It’s ridiculous such a “elite” gym doesn’t even have a stairmaster what’s going on? Even the cheap gyms that are £15PM and are budget gyms have stairmasters! I get so bored doing cardio here as only treadmill and cross trainer .. management if you’re reading this please get a stairmaster! You’re charging your members so much and are a massive company/chain I’m sure you can afford to invest in members by getting us equipment that all the other local gyms have!

Fantastic experience: Just went for a tour as thinking of joining. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Am certainly considering it.

Fantastic experience: I am writing a review to praise Andrew a PT at Nuffield Health Worcester. Today I went to the gym to do my Pre-fitness joining test into the Royal Navy, Andrew went above and beyond to help me pass my test. My nerves got the better of me and Andrew took the time to guide me through what to do and calmed me down. Words don't do justice for what Andrew did for me. He has my full respect and is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, brilliant gym and pool and sauna and cafe all so clean aswell.

Negative experience: Shocking service. Have been lied to from Maria and the deputy manager Jenny. I was assured my wife’s membership has been cancelled on 3 occasions and they are STILL charging us for it!! Absolute joke. Wouldn’t know customer service if it got up and hit them in the face.

Fantastic experience: It's been a few years since i was a member here (as anyone within viewing distance of my girth will verify). When i was a member, i can't really fault it. I felt special being a member here. I used to love going in the steam room. A sauna is also available and swimming pool. There was a timetable of classes running all day for those wanting to participate in spin, circuits, zumba, pump etc Receptionist would always make me feel welcome as i came in. The staff in the gym itself were there if you needed them for anything but never pestered you if you didn't. You could have regular health reviews, personal training. A huge variety of of cardio machines. Lots of fixed weight machines and plenty of free weights too. Then "Men's Health" went and ruined everything by promoting super-sets. Previously, you could always get a go on the machines you wanted. Maybe you would have to wait a few minutes but that was fair enough. Once super-sets became trendy, you would have groups of 3 or 4 lads hogging several machines at once and not a chance of getting near any of those machines. That's why i stopped going. That's not Nuffield's fault though. I suspect it was a countrywide phenomenom. One other thing that used to irritate (literally) me was when the staff would clean the cross trainers with spray while i was on the next cross trainer, gasping for air and breathing in a lungful or Pledge instead. I don't want to end on a criticism though because overall it was a very positive experience. I was almost 20 stone when i joined up and over 3 years i dropped to 14.5 stone. In summary, if i made a return to a gym, this is the place i would go to.
