Negative experience: this gym is awful do not go the manager is a bully dose what he tells you not to do leave weights out hes happy for people to smash down weights stand in groups be loud and irrorating. but if you just go in and do you work outs get bother no one he seems to have a problem, most the equipment is broken all ther time and the options of the equipment isn't very good stay away from this gym rubbish

Positive experience: Nice place in terms of equipments. Mobile coverage is poor and no WiFi. Always having trouble with barcode fro. App. Nice If WiFi offered.

Fantastic experience: I recently just joined the Everlast Gym in Denton. I’m really loving the gym equipment and the environment of the gym itself. I have started my personal training sessions with Shannon. She has been fantastic and motivated me a lot. She is the reason why I’m starting to love gym :)

Positive experience: Great gym however I am disappointed that the sauna is still not working after 2 months.

Fantastic experience: Clean gym, staff are really friendly and supportive. They offer a variety of fitness classes. I use a personal trainer once a week at this gym, Sophie, and she has been extremely helpful by creating effective and exciting workouts to help my fitness journey. Sophie’s positive attitude during training sessions has made my fitness journey enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Clean, fully serviced gym with mass amounts of equipment. Staff are always visible around the gym & more than happy to assist. Ash, Sophie and Aaliyah, to name a few, run a very tight ship and it’s a joy to train here.

Fantastic experience: I been to pure gym,active tameside, but everlast denton is a great gym with great personal trainers Marcus,Sophie,n the rest of the team are all easy to get on with and are friendly always there to help you improve your mental strength and reach your goals glad I joined

Positive experience: Members are homophobic

Negative experience: Pros are that the gym looks modern and has a decent amount of equipment. Now onto the negative; Customer service is non existent. Probably the worst I have experienced in any place (retail, health and leisure etc). I cancelled my membership and paid the required amount of notice, this was all confirmed in writing by the gym manager. However it has recently come to light that Everlast have been charging me every month for the past year or so accumulating into the account showing in debt to £280. I have attempted to contact the gym/accounts on numerous occasions via email, telephone and having redownloaded the app via that. All attempts to clear the account of this error have failed due to their unacceptable customer service. Email addresses provided don’t work. Telephone communication did not provide any relevant information, the only advice I received was do you want to rejoin and for £5 we will clear the account. Messages sent via the Everlast gym app had been received and show they have been read, however still no response from the past 5 weeks of weekly messages sent to them. My advice is stay well clear of this company and gym, there are many other gyms out there which will provide a much better professional customer service.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've been to by far. Even on Christmas Eve the team were in high spirits making sure everyone was looked after and the gym was kept tidy! Always on hand to help if you need it. Shout out to Soph, David and Rorie!

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing gym. Great mix of machines and cables, lots of deadlift platforms. Equipment is regularly maintained, you won’t catch anything ‘out of order’. Of course there are lots of options for cardio too, step-master, treadmills, bikes and more as well as a specific area for boxing and functional strength training. Everyone in there is happy to help and is genuinely happy to see people excel, I can’t speak highly enough of Ash, Sophie, Micah, Marcus, David and the rest of the team. They have a real passion about fitness that you can see, it’s a very welcoming space which is really refreshing to be a part of.

Positive experience: I would like to commend the gym for its well-maintained equipment, friendly staff, and clean environment. However, it has come to my attention that the ladies' toilet is often out of order, which poses a significant inconvenience for the female members. I kindly request that the gym management pays attention to this matter.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym went on a trial day with a mate, proper equipment and a nice atmosphere. Gym goers are serious and I noticed a lack of mobile phones! I just wish it was a little closer to myself really and the parking is not great sharing with many other businesses at crown point. This is the biggest thing that puts me off as I'm rather fussy where I can park my luxury car (AMG).

Fantastic experience: Great gym, with great staff! Spoke with James and he offered some advice with my deadlifts and overall training programme. Dead friendly and am seriously considering a coaching plan from him

Fantastic experience: Was trained by James who was very welcoming on my 1st session. He was very thorough in his approach to each exercise and it is clear he has knowledge in the areas necessary. Really do recommend using a Pt such as James upon visiting the gym as they can in the long run help you achieve your full potential.

Positive experience: Music blasting out constantly on what feels like full volume, attempted to turn the bass down on the wall controls only to be told by a stroppy young female PT not to alter the volume, another time the same PT was stood with a customer hogging the dip assist machine just chatting and no dips being executed so after a while I asked how long they were going to be stood at the machine chatting for as I’m eager to use the machine, her attitude was so defensive and then accused me of making her feel uncomfortable and proceeded to report me to the manager ( josh I think his name is) he actually sent instructions for other PTs to come and find me which they failed to do so he approached me on the way out and accused me of intimidating his staff and refused to accept my explanation of the incident. Who do these PTs think they are? Kids who think they have power and authority, jumped up little jobsworths hence the disappointing review.

Positive experience: Really really needs a sauna for post workout and rest days

Negative experience: Awful gym, I’d moved address and contacted the manager. He/she said I can cancel if it’s out of the area. Anyway, they’d not cancelled my gym membership and kept it rolling. However, now there’s outstanding balance. When I’ve emailed re this, my email has been blocked but they still send me offers via their email address. Awful gym

The ownership, management, and trainers are the most pleasant and knowledgeable professionals in the industry today. I wholeheartedly recommend Everlast to anyone without hesitation. My experience at this facility has exceeded my expectations, and I am thoroughly satisfied. Chloe is my personal trainer, and she exemplifies professionalism while also being kind, patient, and understanding. Her encouragement has boosted my confidence, enabling me to embark on this program. After just one short month, I am delighted with my progress and confident that with her ongoing training and support, I will continue to achieve positive results and reach my goal.

Fantastic experience: What's not to like about this gym. It has a great atmosphere, all the equipment you could want and friendly staff and members. There is a real family feel and staff are always on hand if you need help or advice. I look forward to my gym sessions, and can honestly say that my health and fitness have improved since joining. It is also great value for money for the monthly fee and very affordable personal training programmes. I had a trial session with Chloe personal trainer and she was amazing. Can’t wait to start with her from next week. Thank you Chloe for helping me achieve my fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: This gym has every piece of equipment you could ever want and if you’re clueless like me there’s always someone to help, Sophie has really motivated me to keep going and has taught me so much especially since I have a disability she has shown me so many safe and effective exercises that have really helped me, couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: Started my pt journey with Courtney at Everlast gyms Denton. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She works to every clients specific goals and tailors everyone’s plans to them. She really pushes you through you session, and makes you work hard. I can’t wait to continue my journey with her!

Positive experience: Good gym, nice and clean and very friendly. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is 1 because the app or online doesn’t tell you how busy it is and that would be really helpful, and 2 people stare at women like myself in the weight section like we aren’t supposed to be there and it’s rather off putting.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great equipment, but most importantly for me the staff are really friendly! Figure out the right times to go and it’s not too busy and you can get on the equipment you need really easily! There’s loads of squat racks and power racks, separate boxing areas and the machines are much better quality than other so called budget gyms! You won’t go wrong joining up and your health will thank you for it! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Had to switch to here from pure gym due to location change and wow, it makes pure gym look about 40 years in the past, plenty of free weights and machines during the day for everyone to use, tunes are banging and it's super clean and modern.

Fantastic experience: Really good gym. The staff is really friendly and welcoming to everyone, they will help you at any moment. A big range of free weights and cardio machines for a really competitive price, pin lookers and facilities are always clean. Today is my second time training at the gym and I can't wait to try the classes. Small shop and coffee seating area near the front desk. Ideal for a chat and a drink after a workout. The music and light always is on the right volume/intensity and tunes will keep your motivation up. I just left here the price list of the coffee and smoothies.

Only thing the gym is lacking is mirrors near the squat racks and around the gym, would like to be able to look at my form whilst working on my legs! Could not recommend my PT Ben enough, very approachable and really friendly, makes working out a fun experience as he helps and motivates me and really pushes me to the best of my capability.

Positive experience: Well visited just once even though thinking on switching or adding as an Extra gym as it really has some extra equipment that u can't find in other big gyms the only downturns it gets really busy in the evening and gym hours are strict to 22:00.. despite all that I'm thinking joining to see how it goes in a longer run ‍♂️

Negative experience: Been charged Wen shouldn't have waited 3 weeks still no refund

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking gym I've tried to cancel my membership due to a shoulder injury ( provided proof from hospital ) and have been told I'll need a letter from my doctors which will cost me £25 saying that I'm unable to actually work out. Ive got a torn rotator cuff and struggle to put my coat on let alone work out. The letter I provided from the hospital explains this and that I may need a operation. Everlast said it may effect my credit score if I cancel my direct debit. Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm not paying for a service I'm unable to use. Also the fitness classes they are supposed to put on are never actually on ( breach of contract ) the showers are always freezing cold and a lot of the gym equipment is broken for weeks on end even though numerous people have complained about it. Beware before you join people.

Negative experience: If flying drones filming peoples workouts is your thing this is your place but if you want to crack on and have a good workout without any silly camera and tripods around the place then maybe you should look elsewhere, this particular gym seems to attract a strange crowd that like to film themselves working out, I’ve seen camera on tripods and flying drones above peoples head, all very strange, even more strange is the fact that Everlast allow this when there’s clearly privacy issues around this and I also don’t understand how filming / drones and cameras and tripods are allowed but you’re not allowed to have a gym bag or any type or bag with you to carry your drinks, gloves Or belt, very strange, they expect you to traipse around the gym carrying 2 drinks, a belt, gloves and a towel and then just leave them on the floor whilst you’re using the machine or free weights, a lot of potential this gym but it’s not being run correctly and I know of 10 members that have left within the last 2 months. Says a lot

Fantastic experience: If its a gym you want.....its THE place for you

Negative experience: Great gym but it's between 200 - 300 percent capacity between 5pm and 10pm, cannot move in there let alone get a session done.

Positive experience: Really great atmosphere and deco, unfortunately some of the cable machines are already not functioning properly, eventhough they are new equipment.
