Fantastic experience: In my 2nd month of personal training with the PT factory and honestly the best gym experience I have ever had. I finally look forward to going to the gym and felt welcome from the moment I first stepped through the door. The gym has 24hr access, fantastic equipment and is always spotless whilst Ollie, all the trainers and other members are so friendly and welcoming. They have created a real community feel to the gym where everyone is welcome and everyone is supported. Fantastic experience: Love PT Factory, such a welcoming atmosphere and wonderful motivation, whether it's toning, losing weight or keeping up habits. I didn't realise how much of a difference going to a gym that suits me means I will keep up with my routine. Ollie creates a lovely environment where all skill levels are included, and will be on hand for any and all queries. I also find I don't mind the emails I get as they are helpful tips and things I can incorporate into my routine. Fantastic experience: Great gym with a good range of equipment. As a midlife lady I feel very comfortable training here and everyone I have met has been friendly. The 24 access means I can train when I want which is great. I don’t train with the PT’s but they have always been friendly and approachable and will help with equipment and give advice if needed.

Fantastic experience: Patient! Encouraging! Fun! Reliable! I’ve been working with Rachael for around 3 or 4 months now and I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed every session without a doubt. Some have been harder than others but, Rachael always shows you how strong you actually are, and what you’re actually capable of, without those shouty/ pushy techniques. Shes shows up for every appointment and whilst that is part of the role, it’s nice to work with someone who is reliable and organised.

Fantastic experience: I've been having sessions with Rachael since January and have loved every single one. She plans every session thoroughly and answers any questions I may have about what the exercises do etc. After every session I always feel like my goals have been met... and extremely tired! Would highly recommend booking a session with her if you're looking to beging your gym journey or if you're already a gym goer.

Fantastic experience: Having trained at multiple Gyms through out my life and been in some busy environments this all changed when I started my journey at The PT Factory. I became a member and it was fairly straight forward. I signed up online got a fob for my 24 hour access and a tour of the gym the very next day. I felt from the first time I stepped foot in the gym the warmth and culture was very family orientated a place where you feel comfortable and at home. If there was a a scale for rating the equipment in this gym for its efficiency and reaching peak performance it would be a 10. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid Gym with good decent honest people running it.

Negative experience: Clicked on link and was rang by PT guy to arrange appt. Rang and messaged me on wattsapp to come in for tour .Sent me forms to fill in and then when I messaged him to confirm appt he cancelled whole thing and wouldn't let me come as was annoyed I text on wattsapp late! Why can't people turn phone off at night? AVOID .Not genuinely helping others. Glad not a member.

Fantastic experience: The PT factory in Denton is a really nice clean gym. Has really great hygiene standards. Has a good set of kit everything you need they have. Everything in the gym has its own place and the gym is never a mess. Ollie the Owner is a really nice guy and makes you feel welcome from day one, he personally takes the time to get to know each member he has. He treats all with love and respect. He has PTs there that work for him Ollie does not treat them as employees tho but treats them like family. It's a great gym to be a part off.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Ollie for 5 weeks and have loved it! Workouts are varied and Ollie paces everything superbly. I always feel stretched but not to the point of feeling broken (… except perhaps the leg workouts!). I was nervous having had multiple illnesses and back issues in the past but he’s been so on it and is more than happy to explain what and why he’s doing everything. The gym is a nice size with everybody friendly and respectful to each other (with everyone at different points with regards to training experience … me being at the beginning!). Feeling way stronger, have loads more energy already - all on the right tracks! Happy to recommend!

During this period I got pregnant and managed to exercise safely until I was in labor. Our training sessions are always personalized and Kallum makes them fun and challenging! Great sense of community from all the PTs and other members of the gym, it feels like a family. Highly recommend both the gym and our PT, Kallum!!

Fantastic experience: A gem of a gym on the small side but has everything you need with good quality kit. A big bonus for me is that its open 24hrs I often go very early morning before the kid gets up. The P.Ts are approachable and knowledgeable and I am hoping to book in with one of them in the future as I have heard such good positive reviews about them all. I am really glad i left my previous gym to come here and train as it has a great friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Having been a member of one of the bigger gyms previously, and always feeling quite self conscious, I can highly recommend the PT Factory. My daughter and I started our journey with one of the PT's there about 2 years ago, and we now train at least 4 times a week, having got used to how all the equipment worked. It has everything there that we need, and we always feel comfortable. Ollie and all the other team members make going to the gym a much more enjoyable passtime. Fantastic experience: I started using this gym when I booked some PT Sessions with Chiara as going to the gym had always intimidated me. Chiara quickly made me feel at ease and kept me informed of what and how each exercise worked on my body. Within a few sessions I was lifting weights I never knew I could! Chiara pushes you but makes it fun too. I became a member as it is a small friendly gym where I feel safe and I now enjoy going. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone. ☺️☺️

Fantastic experience: Joining the PT Factory has been the best decision for me. I was suffering with perimenopausal symptoms, my sleep was poor and anxiety was through the roof. I've always been keen to keep fit and love walking and cycling but i knew I was not moving as much as I should be. I was terrified of lifting weights and going to a gym but knew I needed to get stronger to invest in my health. I booked a 12 week course with Andrea who is absolutely brilliant, she helped to build my confidence massively. The journey has been an eye opener seeing what my body can do. I sleep better, my joints are moving much better, my back is strong and so much so that my chiropractor who I've been seeing for the best part of ten years is very impressed and I no longer need to see her as often as I was changing from every 4-6 weeks to 3 months and hopefully then 6months! I'm eternally grateful to Andrea and her expertise, I cannot rate this place enough. I feel safe here to train and I don't feel intimidated coming to a gym as a solo female. Everyone is lovely and welcoming. If you are thinking about doing something for yourself, do it. Get a PT and learn what your body can do. Then you can do it yourself. Your older self will thank you for it. Thanks to Ollie the owner too, to set me up with the perfect trainor and right from the first phone call to introduce yourself you have made me feel comfortable and encouraged to continue.

I have chronic health conditions and was nervous about starting to train but Andrea is so reassuring and flexible depending on how my health is that day. I struggle to find a gym I’m comfortable at with my anxiety as I hate busy judgemental gyms but we went for a ‘day pass’ had a nosy met the owner Ollie and everyone in there is lovely, always let on whether they know you or not! Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Dean for over 6 months and I can’t recommend enough. There is a genuine sense of community and everyone is really friendly. I was really nervous about starting out as a bigger guy, but everyone has been supportive and encouraged me along the way. I’m 3 stone down now! Advice, facilities and equipment are all great. Fantastic experience: Decided to try this gym, as i was down in area working for a week . Ollie made me feel very welcome . Plenty of machines all of which were working perfectly. Special mention to the dumbbells which go up to 42.5 kg am sure . Also i you fancy killing yourself, death by " Jacob's Ladder " is defo the way to go ‍ .

Fantastic experience: Started using PT Factory for last 2 months. So far so good staff been welcoming. It has a good selection of equipment, it's 24hrs and has car parking. I had personal weight loss and muscle gain targets I wanted to achieve. So, I booked a personal trainer called Kallum. I liked the fact he did progress reviews ,designed a specific food plan for me and understood my particular goals and barriers. I didnt feel awarkward about my body type,personal limitations or my age. In my view if serious about your health and need results then this is a good place to start. After 2 months im still training my knowledge of using the equipment is better i've lost weight and starting to grow muscle. I'm knowledgeable and confident now about using the equipment so I can work at my own pace and focus on particular muscle groups if needed. So not walking around a gym floor aimlessly which I have done in other places gyms.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly atmosphere, not like the big commercial gyms at all. Everyone wants you to succeed, whatever your goals are. People of all body types go to train and never once heard any negative comments. Worked with Adam myself and stuck with it for 8 months now, longer than I ever would have on my own. Really good motivator. Dropped two jeans sizes and have had lots of comments on looking better from friends and family. Is it cheap? No. Does it work? Yes. It's an investment in yourself and you'll see the returns.

Fantastic experience: I started my training at the PT Factory with the intention to strengthen my body which has seen a decline over the years resulting in severe sciatica and severe knee pain. I've had weeks of physio and chiropractic treatment but none helped more than the results from the strengthen training I received from Pt Factory. We set a target I needed inorder to get back to normality which after a couple of months training the results were visible obvious. I can't thank Ollie enough for helping me reach my targets and a great coach thanks again Joe

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of the PT Factory for almost 12 months now. There is always a great atmosphere and plenty of equipment to use. With the doors open 24/7 this offers great flexibility for those early mornings or late nights. Ollie and his team run a great gym and I wouldn't look anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my daughter have been going to the PT Factory for 12 months now. We both feel much more confident using all the equipment and also more comfortable in the fact that other gym users aren't judging you ( unlike the mainstream gyms) It's a great place to train.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and great PT's I joined in March 23 , so 4 months and counting. Ollie's a very knowledgeable trainer with years of experience and they have the best quality weights and machines. I found it much better than mainstreem gyms, open 24 hours and I always feel welcome. I can really feel the difference as the help on nutrition made such a difference to weight loss and muscle growth. Try it!!

I always feel at ease when I go. I've been training there since November 2022 and I will not go to another gym now. Fantastic experience: Recommend this gym so much, especially for people that aren't as comfortable in this sort of setting. Staff are super friendly, always offer to help if you need it and the gym is open 24 hours. Doesn't get overwhelmingly busy so you don't find yourself waiting around to use equipment. Facilities are new, clean and there's a wide range of gym equipment considering it's a smaller gym. Entry is effortless using the fob and the gym has a clean changing space with showers and toilets.

Fantastic experience: I was always a little sceptical about having a Personal Trainer but after a running accident during the summer I decided to take a different route to my fitness. Ollie has been my PT for nearly 3 months now and has guided me in a fun and professional manner. From lessons in nutrition through to losing weight and building muscle I have enjoyed my time at the PT Factory. The gym has all the modern amenities and equipment required to keep fit and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. I intend to continue using the PT Factory for a long time yet as it is well worth the membership paid. - Dean R
