Fantastic experience: Great venue for kids parties. Staff are on hand and attentive. The space you rent is a really good size so plenty of room for activities. Other facilities looked good too.

Positive experience: Good place but lacks classes for under 5s, especially those in nursery. Classes fill up fast for primary school kids. Wish they had more trial sessions. Membership is so ridiculously expensive

Fantastic experience: Returning to swimming after a 5 year hiatus. I only swim once a week so I don't have a membership. I pitch up at 6:25am and I am able to pay by card. Showers/pool is always clean. Lane swimming in place slow/medium/fast/other, I usually stick to medium. My only issue is that the medium lane can get a bit busy. I would suggest creating another one, probably from the "other" lanes.

Positive experience: Great pool and good clean facilities. What’s bad and despite being operated as a charity, is the monthly subscription is now nearly £50 for swim membership. That would be fine if the pool was always open but it’s not always open from 5pm when most people who work finish. E.G unlimited swim in Fife is £37 pm, in Boness its £22 pm. Is heating, wages, and costs so much more in Edinburgh?

Positive experience: Very friendly, professional service from the staff here. Carol on reception exemplifies this. Changing rooms in pool area often dirty in afternoons. Other pools constantly clean changing areas.

Negative experience: Cafe closed on Saturdays..!

Fantastic experience: Dropped on for a shower, which they offer for £2.20. Easy to park the campervan there. Shower was great temperature, very powerful and clean. Changing area was roomy and lockers huge. Remember to take a pound coin for the lockers (you get it back).

Fantastic experience: Beautiful location. Greenery all around and a big ground next to it. A big parking space as well. It has gym, swimming pool, space for indoor games, etc. Quiet big to let enough quantity of people allowed in at a time. They also offer different types of discounts.

Fantastic experience: Great place for the gym. The leisure centre is clean and nice as well.

Fantastic experience: I came for a shower. Costs £2 and only payable by card. Directed to swim pool showers. You need a pound coin for the lockers which are spacious and you get your pound back when you open the locker. Showers have cubicles which are big and have a soap dispenser so no need to bring your own. Mixed changing so have to use changing cubicles. Water is hot and you have to keep pressing the button to keep it going. The staff are lovely and helpful. On the whole well worth the £2 cost.

Negative experience: Extremely unhelpful duty manager who refused to help with questions on my Edinburgh Leisure membership. Rude, obnoxious and quick and unapologetic. Would not allow me access to a quick swim even though I had turned up at 6.30am to resolve my membership woes. Shame that the pool and facilities are let down by those in management that should know better.

Fantastic experience: I use the gym for PT session fortnightly. It's v clean and numbers are controlled. Everyone seems to be taking on board their responsibility to keep the equipment clean and folk are doing their best to keep to social distancing rules. Feels safe.

Fantastic experience: I think this is one of the best leisure centres in Edinburgh. The staff are coping incredibly well with the new restrictions and are making careful observations on cleanliness and that the clients are observing the new restrictions too. I feel very at ease and safe attending this leisure centre. It is absolutely spotless. The staff are very friendly and the lady on reception with the blonde hair does her job exceptionally well as does the young tall gentleman by the pool. Both are very friendlly and very helpful. Sorry I can't give names but I didn't see the name badge! But all staff are very good at this leisure centre. The gym is very well equipped and plenty of machines available for use. The workout class rooms are spotless and the decor is calming. The prices are great too! Great job! Thanks!

Positive experience: Some of the instructors here are great, but the cleanliness of the changing rooms is awful. Floors often dirty, hair around soap dispensers and ants around hair dryers. Not pleasant for anybody, but especially when you're taking small children there.

Positive experience: Pretty much everything fitness under a roof. Parking could be a problem during weekends at times

Fantastic experience: I used the gym today at this leisure centre. Well equipped and upto date gym. Variety of cardio machines along with good selection of free weight equipment. Nice and clean environment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good locker facilities and plenty of free car parking available. Their swimming pool was looking good as well even though I only used the gym today. U can also book a hall for indoor games. There is also a nice cafe inside to have some snacks and stuff.

Positive experience: Play badminton here. It's good. But sometimes they let part of the hall be hired out to basketball boys who let their basket ball roll into the badminton area which is bad for badminton and there is also gymnastics on with loud music which is bad for good concentration when trying to not be bad at badminton.

Positive experience: I don't know why the water fountain in the reception area gives out warmish water but you can get nice cold water from the one in the gym and the other one at the end of the building???
