Fantastic experience: Had the tranquil together in duel room treatment with my husband for our anniversary! Was a great experience and got to use pool and sauna before hand too

Fantastic experience: I had visited the spa after being gifted a voucher for a 55min massage. Arrived and quickly seen by the lovely staff on the spa reception. Ava then took me in to get the most wonderful relaxing massage i have experienced. The oils were amazing and you got to choose the scents you enjoyed best! I get a massage roughly twice a year. The Apex and Ava have shot straight to the top of my list. The rooms were clean and there was a very relaxing atmosphere.

Positive experience: Spa for two package is a lovely treat for family or friends. The hour treatment was so relaxing, highly recommend it. The pool facilities were a little disappointing. Pool area is small and it was quite busy with children on the day we visited

Fantastic experience: Jed welcomed us so warmly. My partner went for a relaxing massage whilst I used the gym and the pool. Jed gave us some of the best customer service received ever. Just a lovely woman on the front desk who made us feel so welcomed and set us up for a lovely spa day experience. 5 star customer service. Thank you.

Positive experience: Great staff but,after a long time fixing the hot tub it is yet again out of order and the steam room isn't good

Positive experience: Wasn't as good as usual. Jacuzzi was broken since April (won't be fixed until Sept 4) and steam room wasn't very hot or steamy.

Positive experience: Appears to be the only spa in Dundee. Great, helpful staff in the spa. Occasionally full steam room and sauna, depending on the time. Gym has good quality equipment

Fantastic experience: Excellent friendly staff amenities good

Negative experience: Disappointing. I received a gift voucher at Christmas for a back neck and shoulder massage which cost £55, wasn't aware of any terms of useage when buying it. When I went to use it was told it would cost an additional £5 to use it on a Friday. Was in and out in 30 minutes including changing and filling out consultation. Poor value for the money I feel.

Negative experience: Facilities were poor, 'relaxation' room was not very comfortable, shower room was smelly and spa was over crowded. Therapist did not bother to warm oil before splashing it on my back, was quite cold. Not value for money.

Negative experience: once a great club now terribly managed, restricted services, not able to get showered after the gym and a belligerent manager that does not grasp the failure of the club. Moved to David Lloyd, much more professional. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: Nice staff, good facilities - been a member for 8 years now and there's nowhere else like this in the area. Lovely for a nice escape, exercise and relaxation. The spa therapists are fantastic and I would highly recommend the facials and massage treatments.

Positive experience: Changed to a 3 star review after being told members need to pay for towels whereas other gyms such as David Lloyds don’t. Fair enough if charge stands for guests but shouldn’t be for members.

Fantastic experience: Was given a gift voucher for the Spa, it was the first time I had been there and my only regret is that I haven't visited before. Thoroughly enjoyed my deep tissue massage, my masseuse was Isabel, lovely lady would highly recommend her and a visit to Yu Spa.

Positive experience: Nice little gym and little pool, bit dated now as a lot of the equipments computers aren't fully working, changing room also in need of a facelift and the showers while good are a bit weak along with aging fixtures and fittings, but I believe that it's away to get a refurbishment. Just a shame its so expensive, As for being such a small gym it's asking a bit too much these days. In the past it was well maintained but lately it's price is not reflective of the quality it used to be.
