Negative experience: Tried emailing and using the web chat for a couple weeks now and still no reply, was looking at a membership but had a couple questions on parking but with no reply it really shows that this place is not after new members. Just think it’s rude.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy using this gym as there is all the equipment I need to use.The members of staff are really friendly to talk to also!

Negative experience: I love this Gym but unfortunately it's letting itself down in various ways, Bags and coats all over the floor, especially in the free weights area, Fire Door area usually blocked with equipment and people, fire extinguishers used as coat hangers. Greasy Sweat patches on most of the benches are really off putting. Lots of people just occupy equipment and play on phones or tablets. Seriously needs some decent bars installing outside to lock your bike up securely too. On the plus side the Staff are all fantastic friendly people.

Fantastic experience: Love the place, great friendly staff, always clean. In peak times, it is extremely busy, almost overwhelming. I tend to go early or during the day. I find it frustrating that users leave the gym in such a mess, and staff are always running around tidying up after people. All in all, great gym!!!

Positive experience: Gym is great however there tend to be a lot of leaks when it rains. AC is often not turned on or is barely doing anything. There is a variety of equipment available however everything gets re-arranged regularly instead of new equipment being added. Would really appreciate a lateral raise machine or a lat pull over machine. Staff are helpful and readily available.

Positive experience: Biggest asset this place has is their staff - super friendly. Lots of equipment but many of the machines are pretty filthy (see photos), despite an on-site cleaning team and fairly frequent closures for a gym “refresh”. Pretty grim stuff to be staring at whilst trying to work out. You get what you pay for I guess.

Negative experience: Emily is extremely rude, wanted to cancel my gym membership and she cut the phone off. She didnt do her job she's complaining to me that she has a million people cutting her off daily, that's not anyones problem you get paid to do your job. I froze my account and cancelled it. They took payments out still n then saying I didnt cancel my membership.

Fantastic experience: Free 3 hour parking for gym members

Fantastic experience: Just moved to Leicester. Gym is easily accessible by car. Lots of parking.Huge training area. Lots of space and really clean. I look forward to enjoying many workouts here and progressing towards my fitness goals.

Positive experience: Overall is good So many equipments and weights Trainers disappear from floor after around 7.30/8 pm But if you find any and ask your doubts they do help ⭐️ Need to put some sanitizer and tissue papers in gym area for hygiene purposes which was there in covid time but then they removed it Enough parking space available

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at this gym now for about 5 months, when I started I had zero confidence in attending the gym or classes. Since attending the classes the instructors have been absolutely amazing and the classes are always great! I now enjoy coming to the gym ! I would highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Friendly atmosphere, helpful clients who support one another. Good range of excellent PT’s, Huge range of equipment for all fitness needs, something for everyone. Weights, cardio, boxing, classes Been coming here for over 12 months to keep in shape and it’s great for my mental wellbeing . I think it’s a steal at £20 per month. Money well spent. Well done Gym Group Aylestone!

Fantastic experience: Joint the gym group only around a month ago and I’m so impressed with the classes. Compared to other memberships, as the membership here is cheaper I thought the classes would be worse but they’re actually smaller and better. Very happy :)))

Negative experience: Bought 2 day passes only to find out one of them would not work. Bought the 3rd one because maybe one was faulty, Didn't work either. One member of staff who was finishing his shift, tried to be helpful. Only good thing about the whole ,,experience,, Don't sell the product if it doesn't work !

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service, we paid three times for the day pass and the pin didn't work. We waited at the gym for almost 1 hour and we could get in. Avoid the place if you otherwise will lose your money.

Positive experience: I've been going to this gym for a while now, and I have to say, the staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. Recently, they upgraded the stair machines, and I've been enjoying my workouts even more since then. The only downside is that the changing rooms can be a bit chilly at times, but honestly, I've experienced this at other gyms too. Despite that, there's plenty of equipment to choose from, so you'll always find something available for both cardio and muscular type exercises. Overall, it's a great place to work out! Accessibility is not an issue as I’ve noticed there’s lifts and a changing room should you require this.

Negative experience: Do you do pay as you go, and do you have spin classes if so i would love to join soon, i still like phoneing inn for classes i know its old fashioned but that's just me cheers guys

Negative experience: Wanted to go check out the place and potentially get my membership started. Their website looks great, looks really inviting and gives an impression of a great friendly and helpful place. The cost of membership is reasonable too. I got to the place today, there was no reception desk, no staff, couldn't get in to talk with anyone or see the place, ask about beginner training plans or classes, nothing. The doors are locked, to get in You already have to be a member. Can't recommend it for beginners.

Positive experience: Good commercial gym alil busy but aint they all, you got all ya equipment an alil more! jus wanna say am not slating about things being alil busy, its to be expected at gyms like the gym group I actually like it here n very convenient for me n I have renewed my membership busy is good for you its good to se3 businesses doing well jus for me an my anxiety doesn't help is all and thats my honest reveiw good gym absolutely ideal for getting back into things after a looooong lay off also wanna say the staff are great here always happy to help and answer any questions you may have and finally equipment is always clean and in presentable order.
