Fantastic experience: Excellent place for gym and swim. Refitted sauna and steam room are excellent

Negative experience: Visited for the first time and saw brown particles in the pool along with a swimming lesson going on in every section of the pool, meaning no length swimming and constantly dodging children as lessons weren’t concealed to one portion of the pool. Also 6-8 year olds in the sauna/steam due to lack of life guard which is a problem in itself. Not a place to go to relax, I personally left after 5 minutes and won’t be returning.

Negative experience: I've been a member of Juvenate leisure club, part of the Leonardo Hotel, for several years now, and I must say, the recent experience has been extremely disappointing. The swimming pool has been freezing, and this issue has persisted for six weeks without any improvement. It's definitely not up to scratch, and it's disheartening to see the club's standards deteriorate with each visit. If you're considering staying at the hotel because of the swimming pool, I would advise against it. There are far better places for a relaxing break than this establishment. As a loyal member, it's disheartening to witness the decline in maintenance and upkeep. It seems like this place has turned into a run-down dump, and it's time for us to explore other options that invest in the club's facilities and maintain them in shipshape condition.

Positive experience: Great small gym and lovely swimming pool. Staff are friendly and the lockers are well fitted out and a decent size. Only thing stopping a 5 star review was the changing room which needs a refurbishment. Looks a bit tired and dated.

Fantastic experience: Staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Very clean and calming atmosphere with a wide range of classes to choose from. The pool is a fantastic temperature with chill out areas to relax in. The sauna and steam room are a great addition also. It is a shame that the jaquizzi is no longer there anymore though. The changing areas are equipped with lockers, shampoos and body wash, mirrors fabulous power showers, baby changing and bags for those wet items to take them home in.

Fantastic experience: Lovely big sauna and steam room which are usually pretty hot. A shower with adjustable temperature is right next to the saunas. You can relax in a small pool with the deepest end at 1.5m or in a quiet area with lounges. Overall it's fairly clean and a good place to relax after work. Sometimes it can get a bit busy in the afternoon or when the kids' swimming classes are on.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Place. Diverse range of classes. All the latest equipment in the gym. A nice pool with sauna and steam room to relax in after work out. Staff are all friendly and you can get a fitness programmes tailored for you inthe gym. I definitely recommend this to folks to come get the Capitol Fitness experience first hand. :)
