I found the people that train there are welcoming too as I thought it might be slightly intimidating as it is a known bodybuilding gym but everyone is friendly and willing to help you out with advice or a spot

Negative experience: I used to train at this gym years ago but stopped going after just one month. I didn't like the owner called Sugar. He wasn't polite and thought to highly of himself. People like that don't deserve your custom.

This is a brilliant Gym if you like to lift, Sugar himself is fantastic and very knowledgeable. His advice is always welcome as he himself is a world renowned Body builder. Come try this place. You will love it.
