Fantastic experience: I've been interested in joining but i'm not sure about the age limit. Can a 15 year old join? If so, how much is the membership to only use the gym equipment?

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Empowered Gyms for about a year now and could not be happier with it! I have never enjoyed going to a gym before, but all the staff are so friendly and genuinely helpful. Cannot recommend Chris and the team highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been having PT sessions with Chris, he is amazing and really pays attention to detail in training. I'm really happy with my progress and all the staff are wonderful at the gym. Would highly recommend the gym!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! Empowered is the first gym where literally anyone can feel at home. there is no typical member here, and it feels as though every members individuality is valued. The whole team here are super friendly and will go above and Beyond to make sure you’re getting the most out of your workouts. Even more special (outside of the staff) is that all the members are friendly too, every time you go in everyone says hello asks how you are etc. This place is honestly a rare diamond, I have achieved changes in my strength here that I haven’t achieved previously in any other gym. Do not be put off by it’s small size - it is the best place for ladies for train! If you’re hesitating you sign up please go for it!! Invest in yourself by signing up here and in a months you’ll be SO glad you did!!

Negative experience: Awkward because if you have an ounce of fat more than the average member, everyone stares and mocks you. You'd think they would encourage you to lose the weight, not mock you for trying! As I cannot send replies, I stand by my review. Never said it was me personally who joined you, but of the four people who I spoke to about it, three told me this very same feeling. So, um. Liar, me? But for that, I dropped the star rating. Cheers

Fantastic experience: I decided to try out a yoga class at empowered as I was feeling super stressed. I felt absolutely amazing afterwards, the teacher was fantastic and made me feel so welcome as did all the gym staff and members. The gym has a lovely and friendly atmosphere and yoga is now part of my Sunday routine. Definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic experience: Quite a unique gym, the staff are very approachable. I have witnessed one of the staff spent 15 minutes listening to a lady about her daily troubles. I think it is quite motivating to people to visit for exercise or to connect with people. The gym floor is not very big, but usually there are not a lot of people anyway.

Fantastic experience: Chris, Ali and Jackie are all so lovely , approachable and extremely supportive. very relaxed and inspiring environment. Due to this, everyone is so open and friendly to each other. Its a great place for ladies to connect with themselves. Keep up the good work guys!

Fantastic experience: Such a great gym! Chris is incredibly supportive and attentive to your needs. I’m on my first 6 week programme and am feeling so much stronger already. The classes are great too, so much fun! I love the motto at empowered gyms that the mission is to educate; to live a healthy lifestyle and to maintain it. Would recommend this gym to all ladies who are looking for support in achieving their goal in a friendly and great motivational environment.

Fantastic experience: Chris isn't only managing a facility for females to come and "workout". He really cares about his customers. He's created a safe and welcoming environment for women to enjoy and take ownership of their bodies, raise self esteemed and build community. Such a great place. His staff are friendly and very approachable.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming since October and not only have I lost 10 kgs but iv lost 2 dress sizes!! Chris, Ali and Jackie are great!! Highly recommend this to all the ladies!!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Chris and the team in February 2018 since them I have lost 2st 7lbs which is amazing. The gym is friendly with a great atmosphere. I have still got a long way to go but will get their with Chris great fittness programme. Thank you Shirley
