Fantastic experience: Great gym for beginners

Negative experience: I tried to contact the gym all week to cancel my membership, no one is picked up at the reception desk and there is no other contact on the website except the e-mail which nobody checks completely. After showing evidence that I tried to contact before the payment was released from my account for the next month, help was refused and it was suggested to me that it was my fault. I do not recommend it, very poor service.
