Fantastic experience: I've had a fantastic experience at this gym! It's open 24/7, making it super convenient to fit a workout into my busy schedule. The facility is always sparkling clean and well-maintained. With a wide variety of machines and treadmills, there's never a wait, even during peak hours. They also offer a great selection of classes that cater to all fitness levels. Highly recommend for anyone looking to join a supportive and well-equipped gym!

Fantastic experience: Been attending Callum's 8 week shred class and loving it. It's a great way to work out and meet new people! I am glad my friend kept on at me to join Callum's classes as I feel it's given me the kick up the backside I needed. So motivated to keep going now and look forward to the next 8 week block! Fantastic experience: Great facilities and friendly atmosphere. If looking for a PT look no further than Callum Fitchet, top bloke and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, the staff and customers are very friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy, however customers are expected to tidy away equipment after use but some PT’s never do this and equipment is left lying about the floor. Classes are really good, it would be good if Sunday and Tuesday's stretch class were a bit longer.

Fantastic experience: I’m a regular in the gym and I recommend it. It’s clean, has good equipment and a nice atmosphere. A great selection of classes as part of the membership. Ont he whole friendly staff. The classes done by Andrew are amazing. Kacper’s classes are also good. The only thing missing is a spin class but there probably isn’t enough room.

Fantastic experience: I'm loving my first ever gym experience at The Gym Group. I've been attending for a few weeks and have found it to be friendly and full of people of all ages and abilities. The classes are great and I've just had my first PT session with Kacper who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional while also giving off a calm vibe. There is a huge variety of equipment and the staff are great at showing you the ropes.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym last month during my visit and always felt welcomed by everyone, especially a guy named Kacper. I was a bit uncomfortable at first, but Kacper approached me on multiple occasions, and we talked. He made the experience of exercising much easier for me, and I really appreciated that.

Fantastic experience: Great gym has flexible hours and is open 24/7 so you can go anytime you want and the gym is very clean. There is also lots of equipment to choose from and a range of different classes to attend included in the membership price. There is lots of space to workout. Staff are very friendly and chatty.

Fantastic experience: I went as a part of the bring a friend pass my partner has in order to see if starting weight training was something I could get into, I normally feel anxious when going to gyms because reasons but this gym isn't so bad and the staff were friendly especially the one guy who spoke to us (sorry I didn't catch yer name!). Would definitely go back though, 'specially when it's quieter

Positive experience: We have been members was very long and the experience has been great! The equipment is in good condition and super clean!

Positive experience: Great gym, fairly priced and has a good variety of machines and equipments. True, it can be really busy at times, but you will still be able to do you exercise. It is open 24/7, only closing around Christmas, New year and twice a year for servicing. The entrance to the gym is code protected, with a personal code. This both garantees security and records your gym attendance so you can monitor how you are doing. On the gym app, you have access to a variety of resources, including exercise routines. The reason I do not give 5 stars is because of the volume of the music. During classes it can be so loud, other people cannot hear their personal trainers. It would be nice if the music volume did not go up. It would be a better environment. Other than that, I really recomend trying this gym.
