Fantastic experience: A very good gym. Honestly such a great gym. I’d say the best in Leicester in terms of atmosphere, members/staff and the equipment they have. It’s so good. 100% recommend. The equipment I used today was something I’d never seen or used before and even was shown how I can use the equipment. The staff are great and gave me a great tour around the gym and showed me where everything was. Music is great it’s not that loud and good choice of music which gets you going. The equipment is spaced out everywhere so it’s really good and the paintings on the wall are great too. Had such a great experience although I decided to walk it there which did take a while but was fully worth it and will possibly drive in the future when I join. 10/10 on everything would love to visit again and try out equipment for legs. Thanks for having me!

Negative experience: I Was going to this gym for 6 months, where when i walked in 1 day and advised that my personal trainer is no longer at this gym as he was given 30min notice to leave and was sacked, i paid my Pt via the gym, who will be paying me back for my sessions that i had paid upfront for, who will be paying for my time i made avalible for the gym? Aneesa is not the right person to operate a gym.

Negative experience: Let's start with the positives Good PTs New Equipment Now let's start with the bad You will recorded WITHOUT your consent and posted on their socials, if I wanted my whereabouts known I'd announce it myself, their is no privacy so you've been warned. They try too hard to make themselves look good on Instagram, it's a Gym not a Nightclub! People go their to work out you don't need to show the obvious. Small Space, the gym gets crowded very easily and you will most times end up waiting for people to finish. Avoid peak times at all costs Parking is an absolute nightmare you'll be lucky to find a space inside the car park, most days you'll be parking on double yellows on the road. Some people don't know how to park either which is terribly annoying. Not very professional, the Owner prides herself on reputation and being ruthless. She's been watching too much Queen of the South she isn't running a Cartel but a Gym! Prices aren't the cheapest either especially for a small gym with the issues listed above. The music is atrocious at times and the volume is too high maybe that's why they like filming people because they think it's a Nightclub? All things considered I would avoid this gym for your own sanity. Much better alternatives elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff members, the owner is always smiling when i walk in and they always reply quick on social media, it is always very clean including the toilets and always good music playing.

You can work out the best times for you to go to see when its busy or quite The equipment is inside slowly being replaced, which is promising. Loads of PTs are available at fitness factories, too. Enough parking depends on the time you go. Affordable would love suna steam room. Drawback When busy, you will have to wait to use the equipment, which can sometimes ruin your routine.

Fantastic experience: Great working with the PT Abdullah sheikh or also known as Swole Sheikh. Great communication and support through my journey here. Constant updates and check ins to ensure progression is persistent. He is a great PT with a high amount of knowledge and people skills to help achieve goals & targets in my own time whilst driving lorries for a living! highly recommended.

Very friendly guy and makes me feel extremely comfortable and pushes my to my limits. Provides meal plans and constant support. Highly recommend him and the gym!

Fantastic experience: Fitness factory is in my opinion the best gym in Leicester, the equipment is fantastic and Ansiha is constantly upgraded to the latest and the best equipment on the market. Even more so than that, the staff are all a pleasure, they go above and beyond to help you if you’re unsure about anything and just need some friendly advice. It’s a must for me and I highly recommend you come and give it a try if you haven’t already. P.S there is one PT called Dre, he’s constantly in the mirror checking his abs are still showing every 2 minutes, he even asks you if you can take a picture of him if you spots you have a good camera phone, but he’s a lovely lad with a big heart.

Fantastic experience: It’s been a full year since I joined the Fitness Factory Gym. When I joined it was purely because I wanted to better my life in regards to my physique and fitness, and it also helped that it was 15 mins walk from my house. Little did I know that I would add many more reasons to my list, the team is super welcoming not once I felt out of place. On top of being welcoming and friendly, everyone is super approachable and helpful always ready and willing to help and advise. The team has amazing experts, personal trainers, nutritionist, body building experts and award winning and tittle holding champions in the business. Now on to the gym itself, great location easily accessible, a lot of space for parking. The layout of the gym is well thought out, the changing and shower facilities and toilets are nice and clean. The range of equipment it’s absolutely amazing, management is constantly sourcing out the latest equipment to better our experience as members ( did I mention we as members also get to give our opinions and input on the next equipment being purchase) it shows how much we are listen to and our opinions are valued by the team. There’s a wide range of classes delivered by professionals. At the receptions there’s an amazing range of refreshments and supplements to be purchased. There’s also a chiropractor in house who can help with underlying physical problems or injuries . With a lovely treatment room ready to help and examine. The overall etiquette of the members of the gym is 5 stars everyone is super respectful and fun to work out alongside. I totally recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Been a member of the gym for a year now. They have had alot of new Panatta kit come in recently. The staff behind reception are always friendly and greet you with a hello and a smile! Always a good selection of music which is nice and loud - no need to bring your own music/headphones. Coming in at lunch time is perfect for me as you dont have to wait for any of the equipment. PTs are always around and happy to help if you have any questions or queries on how to use kit or to even give tips on your form.

Fantastic experience: What a great gym! They have an impressive range of (new) equipment which is logically arranged in zones to make split days easy to navigate, good spacing between everything and everything is clean and well maintained- there seems to be cleaning and vacuuming going on whenever I look around. A cardio zone on the mezzanine floor with 2 stairmasters, plenty of treadmills, cross trainers etc, a glute-focused area, studio room with mirrors, a functional training area and sparring area. Even free lockers and an area to relax. They seem to be adding equipment regularly too. Owner, Anisha, is an amazing woman with an obvious passion for fitness and her members. The huge welcome vibe is a big deal for me. No cliquey pretentiousness, just super-friendly staff and trainers who really encourage you. I'm very excited to be training here. Update: Possibly the best gym in the Midlands - The vibe and atmosphere cannot be beaten. Any opportunity to train there and I'm off!! Highly recommended for gym newbies (you get such a warm welcome that it's impossible to be overwhelmed) and serious bodybuilders will love the A-mazing equipment. Quality everything. Everyone is welcomed, appreciated and supported. Great work guys!

Positive experience: Really good gym all the equipment is brilliant and well looked after, there is parking on the front and the gym is in an industrial estate so its a fairly quiet corner. There is lots of facilities at this gym with a boxing room, bikes room, studio, cardio room and also a no machine workout area with a massive hall for the machines. All the staff is friendly and help you if you need it. I would have given it 5 stars but i think that the price is a slight bit too high as for the price of this gym there isn't a pool or sauna.

Negative experience: The equipment in the gym is good but the service and staff are terrible I left my Monclere coat in the gym and some1 stole it when I asked them to check the cameras they refused to then they were telling me it’s my fault for leaving it Saying u shouldn’t have left it I gave them the time of wen I left so they can check but they refuse to check the cameras like ther in on the scam

Fantastic experience: Fitness Factory is hands down the best and affordable gym this side of Leicester. Thre is such a range of equipment all high quality, there is a large variety of weights and space. With only having trained there for a month, I already feel a part of the Fitness Factory family. There is a great sense of community within the gym, the staff are knowledgeable and always helping gym users when needed and are massive motivators too. .Personally as a female I particularly appreciate the presence of multiple female PTs within the gym and a proactive female owner who helps to create that girl power/family vibe. Definitely worth a visit
