Fantastic experience: Since starting bootcamp session with Alex at A C fitness i have lost weight and i am toning up. My fitness level has increased dramatically. Alex is very committed to his work and offers a very personal approach, he is there to give support and advice outside of the sessions and will help you get to your own personal goals. The mix of exercise and nutritional advice are what makes A C fitness work.
