Fantastic experience: Friendly family run gym for folk that aren't interested in posing. Attended by a good bunch of regulars and all sorts of body shapes, so there's no need to worry if you're out of shape.

Fantastic experience: Great local gym. Alan who runs it is the nicest guy. Always loved going in and chatting to him. He will help out anyone. No matter your fitness level. Great sense of humor. Has multiple punching bags which are my favourite. Usually when they aren't classes on it's nice and quite. Alen even allowed to me to put my music on in the gym. Sound.
