ELITE STRENGTH is located in the heart of Ayr, owned by Josh Crolley & Danielle Lavan. The facility provides a large selection of bespoke training equipment all in one private setting. Membership is capped to avoid overcrowding which ensures a great workout can be had no matter what. Elite strength is proud to be able to offer the highest quality training equipment not found in commercial gym settings such as our Good Morning Machine, Texas Deadlift Bar, Reverse Hyper and many more. Personal Training and bespoke programmes are on offer from both Josh and Danielle. These can be tailored towards fat loss, performance goals or anything you like.
