Fantastic experience: I couldn’t ask for a more perfect gym for my needs. It’s very chilled, everyone wants to train and be fit. Never fat shaming or anything. My first lift I was very out shape, my PT Jackson and a few other members of the gym who didn’t even know my name gave me huge encouragement. And I’ve been a member since 2023 now. Exceptionally happy with my body transformation, even when I was off work with MH Jackson accomdated me and made sure I was okay. This is a very caring gym. It’s not a gym you pay membership and you are left to it. If they can help. They will help. Rome isn’t built in a day and a long way to go. But if you want to transform. This gym is the way to go. Me and my wife love it. Best gym in Dundee in my opinion. No one is out to get anyone like some commercial gyms.

Negative experience: In Dundee for a week’s business and need a place to train On the website they offer a day pass no answer to 4 call attempts so drive to the gym that’s was empty only to be told day pass no longer available Very bad experience no flexibility at all

Fantastic experience: It's a fairly small gym, but the atmosphere is great. They also have equipment you won't find in many local gyms (like the SSB which is a godsend for those with shoulder problems). While it's kitted out with weights and there are some folk who can move big numbers, don't assume it's unwelcoming -- nothing could be further from the truth. Jackson's really friendly and always willing to offer advice.

Fantastic experience: DSU is a brilliant gym filled with weightlifting equipment to suit powerlifters, strongmen and weightlifters. There is an incredible community in this gym, everyone is happy to help if you have any questions and their in-house personal trainers are approachable, knowledgable and filled with specialist knowledge and experience. Come along and give it a go!

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt the best gym in Dundee. They have very high quality bars for powerlifting and weightlifting that you can't find anywhere else - Texas Power Bar ect... Also have competition grade plates. I was there at around 11 am and had the whole gym to myself :-D. This is a serious hardcore powerlifting and strength training gym. Highly recommended.
