Fantastic experience: I moved to this gym from Puregym. At first reluctantly because I didn’t like the instagram marketing dissing other local gyms but I am really happy I joined. I have a personal Trainer who I train with once a week and who is great (his name is Mal and I recommend him). They have a great range of classes including hot yoga and Pilates. Apart from Mondays when it is very busy in the mornings and evenings you can always find a free corner and I’ve never had a problem not finding the weights I need. They keep the gym tidy and clean. Overall I’d recommend it.

Fantastic experience: The gym is fantastic. New machines, newly refurbished, and spread over 3 floors. Sue, Mal and Jermaine have been fantastic whenever I needed that pick me up, motivation or just a friendly face!

Positive experience: Staff at the Gym Bromley are wonderfully helpful. It does feel like you're I'm a prison gym and the equipment is man against machine rather than ergonomic. Gym is open 24 hours which is great in the sense you can do a couple of training sessions as you feel like it. Music irritates (should be disco) lol

Positive experience: I was enthusiastic about joining this gym, and I have to say that my experience was overall positive, large variety of equipment, friendly and helpful staff, gym not crowded, good atmosphere and nice music. However, I had to battle with the lockers, the system is odd. Yoga and pilates rooms are not soundproof so you can here banging, from people boxing opposite, weights dropping loudly on the floor... Difficult to relax...some classes are cancelled at short , Zumba class no longer exist now, no sure why :( shame it was the one I enjoyed the most.

Positive experience: Big gym with good space upstairs for Olympic lifting and metcons Friendly staff. Gym always quiet and clean. Gym machines are not the best quality and a bit of wear and tear around the whole gym. But it’s expected at the price you pay. Would recommend.

Negative experience: Joined the gym as this was closest to work and i thought i can pop in for quick lunch time sessions. Quite disappointed with the over all lay out of the gym and the lunch time classes were pathetic. Tried a few callases in the instructors were not energetic. they pilates one was pathetic. I'm goign back to my old gym.

Fantastic experience: Wow . Night and day experience from most of the gyms in the area . First of all , it is very clean . Very well equipped with several tower cable systems , a belt squat , deadlift/ shrug machine , nautilus pullover -type machine among others and an entire floor of power racks upstairs . People put their stuff away and it’s not crowded . The staff that I have encountered have been very kind , friendly and helpful especially Soojin. You don’t get this in other gyms which cost much more and where people don’t have proper gym etiquette. No complaints from me . Edit- bloke the other day on pulldown machine could see I was looking for a free machine and was quite happy to let me jump in with him and even change to use the same handle as me. Discovered a downstairs room with punchbags and some power racks. This place rocks!

It’s a hassle-free sign up, very clean and organized gym with tons of equipment, and ISAAC has really helped to make me comfortable with the entire process and gym. Fantastic experience: I was a member of puregym and I’m so happy I left. More space, better atmosphere, better staff. Isaac the manager is super friendly always welcoming. Gym equipment, shower facilities are always clean, couldn’t ask for a better place to train.

Fantastic experience: Gym Bromley, honestly the greatest around. The machines are fantastic, it doesn’t get too busy and the staff are very charming( I’d like to also give sujin a big welcome she’s very warm hearted).

Positive experience: Got pretty much what you'd expect for the price range. Music is sometimes horrendous which is the worst thing about the gym. Trainers are friendly though.

Negative experience: Worst gym in Bromley- don’t waste your money. Go to Muscleworks in Orpington for a few quid more a month, or even PureGym up the high street. Rude/ confrontational members, odd variety of equipment, even the vending machines don’t dispense the right product. They say one months notice, but tried to cancel my membership after 3 weeks and was told I was locked in to 12 months with no break clause. Even after reporting abuse from members. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Update- in response Gym Bromley have refused to acknowledge my post, but instead have threatened to sue me with legal action due to this review. Meanwhile, they will not terminate my membership and won’t acknowledge any contact.

Fantastic experience: Have tried every gym in Bromley and have to say this one is the best! Best equipment, layout, staff, location and atmosphere.

Negative experience: Sometimes things happen in life that are uncontrollable and you would think that a human Element would be nice, someone could pass away and still have to pay for next months gym fees under there terms and that is correct as you can only move 10km away to be considered so not even passing away gets you out of it. If you want a gym where everyone is on their phone with very little advice given then this is your gym. The equipment is very Basic and if you don’t get creative you can’t achieve half what you want. This is just like 80% of gyms out there that set a very low bar, it’s not about you it’s about how much you can make the owners. The communication skills from Dan are not quite Where they should be, he knows full well he can talk how he wants as there is nothing you can do in regards of your issue. I’m sure I will get a response as the terms and conditions were set very clear at the beginning.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, brilliant customer service and not crowded. I'm a member of Puregym which has been closed recently without informing their members, with no one saying how long for. The GYM BROMLEY put on a promotion for half price day pass, which I will continue to pay for if the promotion remains while puregym is shut. All equipment other than the stair machines are excellent - they run a bit weird, the speed is inconsistent and the belt seems to slip every few steps giving the feeling of falling a bit, might be slightly dangerous to use. But regardless, 5 star.

I wasn't always the gym person, but this place has completely changed my mind. First off, the facilities are fantastic. They have everything you could need, from top-notch cardio machines to a well-equipped weight area. It's always clean and well-maintained, which makes a big difference. But what's really made the difference for me is the fantastic team (aka Stephan and MAL). The guys are super encouraging and supportive. They push me to reach my goals but always make sure I'm using the correct form to avoid injury. In just a few short weeks, I've seen amazing results and feel stronger and more confident than ever. Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or a complete beginner, I can't recommend Gym Bromley highly enough. Crack on and get fit. These guys rock.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in the area for the price, and the level of equipment is pretty amazing. The times I go in the morning it’s borderline empty so I have freedom to work on my programme, but even at what is normally peak times it’s still relatively breathable in there. People complaining about a cancellation policy for a membership they signed up for is astonishing to me. Try leaving David Lloyd, now that’s not easy!! PS. I personally enjoy the level of the music, I forgot my headphones a few weeks back and it saved me during my workout. It’s a gym, not a social gathering!

Negative experience: Looks good from a distance; budget when up close. Equipment is mostly off brand which is instantly felt when used. They’ve a weird punishment culture of fines. - 1min late for class….fine - Put your weights away in the wrong place…fine - Instructor doesn’t check you in when you’re there…fine One important thing to note. If you’re on a class waitlist because it’s full and someone drops out, you get automatically added but if it’s less than 4 hours to class start and you cancel the automatic addition, guess what? FINE One of the staff mentioned, leadership laughs and says, “fine the …(begins with b and ends in ds).”You’ll be locked out of the gym until you pay it. I’ve left and went to another gym in the area with better equipment and vibes for similar money. PS membership cancellation is intentionally tricky. Be careful. Bunch of cowboys

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the Gym Bromley if you are serious about your health and training. The equipment is higher quality than most other high street gyms, especially in a 24 hour gym at a reasonable monthly cost. The PTs are friendly and approachable and the environment is clean. Shower accessibility and lots of cardio and weight equipment with everything you could need. The membership with parking available is a game changer. I have been to lots of gyms and I recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. I moved here from Nuffield and it was the right move. I don’t regret it in the slightest. It’s huge and has everything. I like to lift and the metcon area is perfect for that. It has about 16 squat racks, great place to deadlift. It’s literally a lifters playground

Negative experience: Joining this gym is easy for them to take money , with 2-3 clicks but no information at all . After doing your membership you have to send emails to ask for the parking , ask how you will entry the gym .. no infos at all from their behalf . No phone number to contact them .. on insta they redirect you to email . Frustrating customer service ..

Fantastic experience: Micheal on the front desk was absolutely brilliant with enrolling me into the gym. I came as a walk in just to see the facilities , I was intrigued by the decor and wanted to know if there was calistenics and Micheal took me straight to the bars and then proceeded to show me the rest of the gym. Very seamless and charismatic, he got me to fill in the walk in on the app. His friendly and relatable approach with great knowledge of what the gym membership’s were on offer got me signing up there and then . I look forward to my first session .
