Fantastic experience: Lovely Crossfit gym with knowledgeable coaches and a great hard-working team of like-minded individuals who are there to support and encourage you to reach your goals. It was so welcoming, I have cerebral palsy, and the coaches adapted routines, and I was not treated differently and made to feel included and supported by everyone! Very much recommend this CrossFit family

Fantastic experience: I find it difficult to find an exercise environment that I don't feel intimidated by to the point of being put off and for that reason Shadow Valley has been a gem to find. From the moment I stepped in I felt welcome and at ease. The trainers are nothing but a credit to the place, there is a great variety of movements throughout the week, and a true community feel. To say this has been my saviour in a pretty gloomy 2020 would be an understatement.
