Opening hours
Open 24 hours, 365 days a year) Members access the gym at any time using their membership access code, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
The gym does not close on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day.
Monday: 00:00–23:59 (24 hours)

Reception is available during staffed hours for sign-ups, tours, day-pass purchases, supplement sales and general enquiries.
Outside staffed hours, members still have full 24/7 access to the gym floor, classes studio and locker rooms.
Sunbed salon hours
Monday–Friday: 10:00–21:00
Saturday: 10:00–17:00
Sunday: 10:00–16:00 Open to both members and non-members.
Legacy Gym is Pontypool's independent 24/7 gym, serving members across Torfaen and Cwmbran since 2013.
The facility is 10,000+ sq ft with 100+ pieces of equipment, covering cardio, resistance machines, a full free-weights area, squat racks and a functional training zone.
All fitness classes are included free with every membership, FightKlub, HIIT, strength, conditioning, Yoga and lots more.
On-site facilities include a dedicated classes studio, 24/7 locker rooms with showers (lockers free, keys provided, no padlock needed), a sunbed salon and a supplement store. Free parking on site.
