Fantastic experience: Rohan and Charlie where do I start. Off the rip they were nothing but hospitable and kind. They helped me around the gym massively, guiding me on several exercises I failed to replicate the correct form for. I highly recommend this gym.

Kam was very helpful and set me up with a 2 week access pass, and helped me out on price. So grateful for the good service. The facilities are great and everyone is friendly. Fantastic experience: I just moved to the area. Anytime Fitness has been the best gym I have been to. Clean, friendly staff and all the equipment on offer the main thing that attracted me was the boxing bag with me being a boxer and the machines on offer in particular the hip thrust machine!

The managers are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The atmosphere is motivating and inclusive, making it a great place for both beginners and experienced gym-goers. Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough about the team and the equipment available at this gym. Equipment wise, there isn’t much that they don’t cater for. Hospitality /Team wise : really good group of people who always go the extra mile to help members in anyway they can! 10/10

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym on its opening day in Loughton and have consistently seen them maintain high hygiene standards. Despite adding new members and equipment, the owners and staff remain incredibly helpful, ensuring there is plenty of equipment for everyone. Unfortunately had to take a break from it recently because of an injury but hopefully be back soon!

Fantastic experience: The owner's son signed me up and he was incredibly warm and welcoming. I have been a member for a month so far and despite being a little on the smaller side in comparison to my last gym, it's is incredibly clean and well kept. I really appreciate that they put the air conditioning on during the summer as I've been to other big commercial franchise gyms which don't do this. For the calibre of gyms that you get in London, this one is great for price, location and cleanliness and gym equipment - they have a good variety for all people and their goals. Fairly near Loughton station too which means it's easy to get to. Overall, really enjoy my time there.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Loughton. The staff are incredible and truly take the time to get to know you, and what you need from your workouts. The space is clean and tidy, and always enough equipment to go around. It's over 18 which means no issues with groups around machines, which was a big factor in me moving gym. The showers are powerful (and again, clean), and small things like, emergency deodorant, modern hairdryers, and decent size mirrors make a big difference. I can't recommend it enough if you're looking for a space you can get your head down and and exercise, while at the same time feeling included in the gym community.

Fantastic experience: I must admit I am not normally a fan of anytime fitness but purchased a day pass as I was in the area and they have the most convenient location compared to other gyms close by. The staff/management here are great and take pride in their gym along with members treating it well and having a positive attitude. Nice to see everyone put their kit back after use and are friendly with each other. The equipment itself is good quality for the price of membership. Wasn’t to busy overall I would say it’s a clean and decent gym.

Fantastic experience: I joined anytime fitness about 4 months ago. The owners are so polite and welcoming, always talking to you and making sure you are alright which creates an amazing environment. The gym is spotless and tidy, and it has great facilities. There is a large section of equipment and it is always kept in the best condition. Great people and atmosphere at all times.

Fantastic experience: This place is just perfect. D runs a fantastic show. The place is always clean and tidy. The equipment are in the place and in working order. D is so pleasant to all customers and helps wherever he can. I have been in other gym in the are and would not change now as it really worth it for your money compared to other places where you may a fortune for little equipment and gear. Lastly as it is 24/7 it is never too busy. I get a great work out with 8 exercises within 1.5 hours routinely. Thanks D!!!!

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Loughton and the surrounding area. And it's 24/7. Nice and spacious exercise facility without unnecessary clutter. The space is fully used for the workout area, so you won't find any empty rooms for group classes once a day. There's cardio area at the front, and strength area at the back. And at the very back you have toilets, showers and a changing facility. And finally found the gym that has a machine for hip thrusts and seated calf raises so no need for weird setups. It's always clean, and always stocked up with hand sanitizers, sanitizers for the equipment, toilet rolls, hand soaps etc. There's also a vending machine for gym shakes and bites. As a member you also get discounts for local shops and beyond. The atmosphere in the gym is great, from friendly members to the helpful staff - whether it's the always-assisting manager or people like Rohan who helped me with getting familiar with the gym and the locker.

Fantastic experience: One of the best and most convenient gyms I’ve ever joined. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the gym is well maintained and packed full of clean and up-to-date machines/equipment, which is always put back in the appropriate places. The gym may look small on first inspection, however it does a good job of packing in everything you need and so even during peak hours you are able to come here and do a proper workout. Everyone here is friendly and takes their training seriously, so you won’t see anyone here breaking cardinal gym sins such as working out in jeans or bicep curling in the squat rack!! I’ve only been going here for a month and I already feel like this place is a second home to me; I can without a doubt say this is the best gym in the area by a country mile.

It's small but punches above its weight by packing four squat racks, a functional fitness area and a solid mix of free weights and machines. Very smartly equipped- better than many bigger gyms I've seen. What sets it apart is the personal vibe – it's family-run, so you're not just a number. They know your name and make you feel at home. Plus, the place is always spotless. Extra points for that nice-smelling soap in the toilets, modern showers, and a Dyson hair dryer I highly recommend this gym for a no-nonsense and friendly workout experience.

Fantastic experience: Coming from a luxury gym, I was initially cautious about joining this gym, having experienced other 24 hours gyms in the past, but after almost 2 months here all I can say is don’t judge a book by its cover. Next to other 24 hours gyms it stands out; the gym is organised, CLEAN and the staff are super friendly. Honestly I would recommend to anyone, feels wrong to be getting all of this for the price of 3 cups of coffee per week, BARGAIN!
