Fantastic experience: I would give these guys 100++++ stars if I could! There is honestly NO other gym like Synergy Group Fitness and I’ve tried my fair share of gyms!! Ross, Bev and all the Synergy trainers are what makes Synergy the best gym out there - no session is the same, every session is tough but still enjoyable and always personalised to your ability. Being part of the Synergy family is the best thing ever and I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a gym to join! X

Fantastic experience: Like many people, I used to kid myself that going to one of the big corporate gyms once a week was getting me fit. Invariably I’d use the treadmill, rower and bike and then end up in the jacuzzi. Synergy is just different. I’ve been a member for the last 5 years and consistently go three times a week. Why’s it different? It’s all about the people and the trainers. Every session is different and everyone works as a group, so there’s nowhere to hide but equally everyone encourages each other to get the most out of each session. And it’s not just a gym. They set great personalised nutrition plans that really work and put on great social events that keep everyone smiling. Before lockdown, they were incredibly generous and offered all members to borrow any equipment they liked to use for the brilliant online sessions they put on while all gyms were closed. That to me was the difference between a gym that cares and one that you’re just a member of.

Fantastic experience: The people come first in this gym. Totally unique space with superb coaches to match. Incredible custom rig acts as a heart when the group sessions come alive.
